If you're looking for the Volvo used cars, I highly recommend Volvo Cars Orange County. The location is good and they have a lot of inventories. Also, thanks to Mr. Mina, I was able to purchase the Volvo I wanted at a great price. The car's condition is excellent, and I was impressed by his friendliness. I was also very satisfied with how quickly he responded to my questions. If you're considering buying a Volvo, I recommend contacting Mr. Mina. You won't regret it.

Xavier Murillo, internet sales manager at Volvo of O.C., helped me order and purchase my new Volvo V60 Recharge, and I can't recommend him more highly. He was super friendly and helpful every step of the way. This Volvo dealer is much more low key and customer oriented than the other greater L.A. dealers. Volvos are great cars and this is the place for the best deal, plus their people like Xavier and Jeff in finance are the best. The service department is also quick and thorough. You won't regret getting your Volvo from Volvo of Orange County!

Had great experience with the sales team but the service greatly lacking. Drop off my new v60 wagon to have them check the propulsion warnings. 2 days and still no words. Wanted to give this dealership some stars but so far don't deserve them.

Just wasted my time, they gave me the key, deal has done but old guy come from finance office and told me, Volvo don’t let us sell vehicle as commercial ! ;) if u want to buy commercial vehicle , don’t waste your time with that noobs.

I recently bought a certified used V90 from Volvo Orange County, and I was very happy with the experience. I had sourced the car online, which simplified the process, but there were two complications: I had to ask them to hold the car for a period until I was ready to make the purchase, and they had to hand off the car to a shipper. Isse Mohamud, OC Volvo's Internet Sales Manager, was very helpful in completing the transaction and kept me up to date on the handoff to the shipper. Very satisfied customer.

Just got my xc60 at this dealership. Great experience. Went to at least a dozen places. Ted was the best sales person ever. Finance was super easy. We were in and out in no time. Love my car.

Very dissatisfied and upset. Leased a car for 3 years and bought an additional maintenance package. Never missed a payment. They made up a charge at the end of the lease that should have been covered with the maintenance package. We agreed to pay. After paying the agreed upon price, they sent a message to the credit companies that we underpaid by $25 which lowered my credit score. We told them we would pay the $25 just to fix the statement and they refused. I would never lease or buy a Volvo again. Awful company, poor customer service.

I purchased my XC60 Hybrid 99 days ago and the required paperwork hasn’t been submitted to register my vehicle as of today, and I paid more than $200 for title and registration fees. I had to get a 60-day temporary tag myself after driving around more than a month with no tag. 59 days after getting the temporary tag and 1 day before it expires, my car still isn’t registered. I have been in touch with the dealership multiple times during the past 99 days and still no resolution. Absolutely ridiculous service after buying a $71k vehicle.

I was really happy with the deal which I recieved at OC Volvo and the service from a sales rep named Mina. I was not in any rush to buy and had a very specific model in mind. Mina called me 6months after we initially spoke with the exact vehicle. It was a perfect match and at a really great price. Very grateful for all the hardwork he put into helping me buy my dream car.

I was looking to get out of a tricky trade in situation and stopped by at this Volvo dealership. Overall experience from the very first moment I stepped into the dealership to buying the car has been very pleasant and stress free.
I was in contact with Mina who was very friendly, transparent and gave me enough time for me to consider my options and make the decision when I was ready. If I’m ever in the market for another Volvo, I’d be happy to get in touch with Mina and work with him.
All the staff members are cordial and do their job of feeding the information to you and you are given the time to make an informed decision .
