I took my mom to this place, she bought 12 roses only they looked almost dead, my mother nor I will never return. Very pricey poor product. Don't go to this place you will find better flowers from they corner guys.

I ordered some flowers for Valentines Day. I understand the order was sent from a 3rd party website but I still paid for a higher price arrangement. When flowers where received I was very disappointed in how small the arrangement was. It looked nothing like the website it actually looked like the economic version which I did not ordered. It was a complete bust. The arrangement is tiny. If this was the middle priced arrangement I don't want to know how small the basic was. Shipping is extremely expensive (understandable) for this date and I do feel ripped off. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the delivery girl was super nice and very friendly. Maybe stop taking online orders if they cannot fulfill what is advertised.!

My husband surprised me and sent a bouquet of flowers to me at my office for our anniversary! The delivery man was very nice and the flowers were beautiful! It was an arrangement of roses and lilies in a vase. Unfortunately the next day the small roses in the bouquet were dying. My husband reached out via email over the weekend and they called him right away on Monday morning and had a replacement arrangement sent to my office by 10:30am. The second bouquet was equally as beautiful. I appreciate them taking such care of us and our order, we will definitely order from here again

We just received an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers and balloons delivered to our hospital room in Laguna Hills for the arrival of our baby girl! Pretty flowers, pretty vase and amazing service! Thanks again to my sister and brother for making our day!!

I have a weekly standing order to have flowers taken to my mother-in-law who is at a nearby facility and the highlight of her week is her flowers! Judy does an AMAZING job and each new bouquet they bring her always brings a smile to her face. I always can count on fresh and beautiful arrangements each week and for all my special occasions!

Wish I could rate no stars, but that's not an option. So my boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day from this shop. Bad idea. Be prepared to be over charged for a terrible arrangement! Not only were the flowers brown, but the roses were spray roses! Which was not listed for the arrangement he was charged! Don't bother trying to speak with a manager about the false advertising because you will you not get your money back. Bottom line don't order you're significant others flowers from here!

I've been using Villas Flowers for over twenty years now and they never fail with my arrangements. No matter the occasion, Judy is always there for me when I need them. The arrangements are always nice and they are always delivered on time. They are and will always be my "go to" fir floral delivery.

I love this place, and I use them all the time. Great service, reasonable prices, and so far they have delivered the flowers I have ordered on the same day, every time! The flowers are pretty as well :). I plan to use them for a long time to come.
