I had an amazing experience with this location from Christopher! He was very patient with me and my family throughout the several hours we were there for. He genuinely gives the best service he can with his customers and tries giving us the best deals available. My family and I we're originally from T mobile and he helped us throughout the process remaining patient especially with t mobile customers service line. He helped make the process way less stressful and I appreciate the customer service we given during our visit

Anthony helped set my phone up quickly! He said usually the set up fee is $25 but he was kind enough to waive it for us. Definitely recommend, great service! Wishing him and Verizon a happy new year!!

I wish I could choose zero stars. this isn't a corporate store. they are like a used car dealer. and when you realize it, it's too late. go to the Apple Store or a corporate store. I'm too mad to go through every way they tricked us. and we are unable to undo what they did. can't even get thru to Verizon on the phone to figure it out. just don't go here. it's for suckers.

That bot account that responds to the negative reviews is just for show. I wrote to that email address and got an automated reply saying someone would get back to me in 48 hours. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything. I was skeptical that anybody would actually do anything, and that just confirmed it. The Victra company that owns this store couldn't care less about how terribly it's run. Also, really, Yelp? My husband also posted a one star review for this Verizon when I did because he had to go with me when I had to come back a second time that night. Yelp took his review down twice, claiming he wasn't actually there. Yes, he was. But Yelp doesn't think it's suspicious that immediately after my husband and I post one star reviews, two accounts post glowing five star reviews for this Verizon. Both of those accounts have zero friends and have zero other reviews. And THOSE are still up??

Amazing service from Chris! I came in to ask about upgrading my phone and they attended me right away. Chris guided me through the process and helped me transfer my data to my new phone and set up my new watch. Very patient and helpful. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

Let me start off by saying I've been coming to this location specifically for 2 years now, it's a brand new crew and under new management and the customer service I would say is better than ever! I went in to transfer my mom to Verizon and they did an excellent job. The manager Aldo was there and stepped in to help us out . Overall very satisfied with the experience at this store. Everyone in there were polite and professional! 5 starssssss

Waited a hour plus just to get my father's phone activated. This location has 1 employee present with over 6 groups of people waiting in line. Bryan is doing the best he can in regards to servicing everyone. Whatever management is in charge of scheduling here sucks.

I recommend this location be shut down and or all employees that were working on October 19th, 2023 between 1-5pm be terminated or reprimanded. I went to this location to simply pick up and pay for my iPhone 15 pro max that I ORDERED via Verizon customer service. I received an email from VERIZON saying that my devices were delivered and ready for pick up. I will say I only waited 5 or so minutes to be seen and everything started off normal. Requested my phone number, access to the account, and my reason for the visit. After informing the employee that I was there for a pickup I waited 15-20 minutes before he returned claiming that iPhone 15 pro max's were on site but they were not mine and that I needed to wait until the "original" owner declined the purchase, 7 days passed, or cancel my order and place a new one. Prompting me to cancel and purchase for fastest results. I left initially confused and ready to cooperate with what I assumed was honest information. However, intuition told me to double check. I called Verizon customer service and they confirmed that my phones were at 3770 W McFadden Ave Santa Ana, CA 92704 United States Which is the Victra authorized retaliator Verizon. Customer service instructed me to stay on the line and to go back to the store so they could iron out the confusion. Upon my return I waited almost 1/2 an hour watching multiple employees pass me by and continue whatever they were doing ignoring me waiting patiently. Finally a long haired Gentlmen approached me and asked what I needed. I gave him my phone to speak with customer service at which point he tried to use some fancy lingo to disorient the customer service rep and because she persisted he muted my phone and tried to get me to comply with the earlier mix up. Once I deferred and unmuted the phone he left me waiting for almost 15-20min before returning empty handed when the only request was to check the IMEI numbers on the iPhone 15's. He then argued further with the customer service rep attempting to misconstrue the situation. She and I held our ground and stood on the request of verification of the devices. He then left us on another 15-20 minute wait before I was approached aggressively by some women whom I assume was the on site manger (she referred to her self as the district manager) and her male counterpart who's role I'm uncertain of. Seemed he was trying to intimidate me initially. Then the said manager began talking fast and stating there was a mix up and once again that the devices were not mine. The manger and customer service went back and forth for a while arguing about the devices and the manger seemed to be trying to belittle the position of the representative. Finally after what seemed like a 15-20 minute debate. The manger went in the back and retrieved the devices. My name and the IMEI's from my account were printed on the boxes. The store manger then attempted to hang up on the rep and resell me my already ordered and purchased phones. If she had been successful I'd have lost my promotion and the value at which I was offered the new deal. Luckily customer service called me back and stayed on the line for the entire process. Turns out that store and its employees were only interested in a commission and not the satisfaction of a more than 10 year satisfied Verizon customer. To make matters worse they did not attach my promotion and caused for me to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with Verizon today to fix all the damage those representatives at the Victra location had done. I am applauded and aggravated beyond expression towards the selfish and thoughtless behavior of each and every one of the employees I encountered on October 19, 2023. Thank God Verizon has a working customer service number with agents that seem to care. I'd strongly advise for Verizon to commit to solely having corporate locations or better supervise their 3rd party locations and services.

Went in and stood there for 15 mins not even an acknowledgment or even looked over & said anything to me! I understand for you to be helping other customer but to let me stand there for 15 & not even look at me or say anything is immature like you wanna make a sell or not !
