Today 11/25/2023 my husband took an all 18k gold necklace and pendant for cleaning. “TINA” checked and weight it before service and confirmed all 18k gold. When returning the necklace the Lady didnt wanna give him a receipt of service which was really strange. He noticed right away The Clasp Had Been Changed! So he walked across the street to another Jewelry store for them to verify and clearly Had been changed to a STERLING Silver Clasp! Returned back to store and Spoke To Owner And her son Victor and got offensive with me knowing clearly what they did. They refused to admit and return what they STOLE. They just said to take them to court and that’s what I’m gonna do. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL business. JUST Because they have many years in the business, doesn’t mean that they are Honest. They should be ashamed of themselves and STOP STEALING.

I was there for an hour I was never help the ladies were just sitting down no bother to ask if I need to help an as I was going to see the necklaces one of the ladies told me and my sisters this is not an exist may be its was the way I was dress but people should never be judge by the way they are dress it doesn't define my money. Everyone should be treated equally regardless don't plan on going their again anytime soon. I couldn't give zero stars.

I have been seeking an Omega Seamaster for several years. I happened to come across Valencia Jewelry in Santa Ana. They had the exact watch I wanted in mint condition. I asked Maricela to give me the best price and she did not disappoint. I cannot believe I was able to get that watch at that price. I have been looking for several years!! Bottom line, I will always go to Valencia if I need anything or want to find an amazing deal. Maricela was amazing!! I will continue to support them and other great merchants on 4th street!

I went here to get a cash loan . I brought a gold bracelet . They loaned me almost 100 dollars more than the 2 places closer to my home had offered me. The store is very nice inside . It doesnt feel or look like a pawn shop which. I paid my loan and retrieved my property without any issues. I will use their services again.

How do you close on Wednesday and Thursday mid week. I was told Wednesday was the only day closed and the receipt given says the same I ordered a necklace and it's been two weeks I haven't been able to get it because of there hours changing without even giving a heads up people have work during weekend as well so close those days. Not to mention they lost the necklace I paid for and they requested I come in to pick another but didn't even explain their hours. Definitely don't recommend if you need something for a gift.

This is the worst place to go and sell your valuables. I'm surprised they're still in business. They're whole motive is just to rip people off it's disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and don't go there. It's not worth your time or money.

My wife absolutely LOVED her engagement ring and she just gets sooo many compliments on it! Also, no one else in Orange County pays more for gold. Most pawn shops are not clean, the pawn station is very nice, clean, and they use the plastic shield to keep people safe. I love the fact that it's a family business and that everything is so nice. We got my wife's engagement ring then wedding band here. Incredible experience!

I highly recommend coming to Valencia Jewelry. I’ve been a client of theirs since i can remember and let me tell you, I will continue to be one for life!! Family owned!!!!! Mario, Doña Victoria, and everyone else there are always on there top game. Great customer service, great prices. They designed my wife’s engagement ring just how I imagined it to be. Went back for the wedding bands and ring looks amazing!!!! If y’all haven’t gone, you guys missing out. Hurry up and head to DTSA. They won’t disappoint
