Ran out of small boxes and one of the ladies wouldn’t even look and just stayed on her phone. Said you can go 6 minutes to fountain valley. Lame government employees.

I hate that black woman — I don’t know her name, otherwise I would just use her name — that worked on 01/11/2024 in the evening shift. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I asked her to help me with a certified mail, and she told me to do everything myself. She didn’t even give me an envelope (which I asked for). I spent 30 minutes to figure out everything, and finished only by closing time. I also had to ask another employee to get an envelope. Then I came to her again, and asked to complete service for me (I needed a stamp and one more thing), but she refused me to make the service and said to come back tomorrow (in a very rude tone). I had an urgent matter that I needed to do today. There was another lady that was helping another customer, and she never told them in the middle of the conversation that “that’s it, come back again tomorrow”. I’m very disappointed, and I feel nothing but pure hate to this woman. Please, do something with it

The absolute worst serviceEver!!! With approximately 20 people standing in line only two windows. Two windows and let me tell you, they were the slowest tellers ever.. one kept getting up going to the back. I will never go back to this post office

My favorite USPS location; the lobby is open 24/7. If you have any prepaid packages or even want to use the Kiosk, this is the place to go. It's sad that many locations lock their doors and we can't do a drop off pre/post hour. I do daily drop offs early mornings.
Staff has been great and helpful; sorry that some people have had bad experience. people are nice here.

Horrible service. My package was delivered to the wrong location. Insured for $100. Now is missing! But according to usps, the package was delivered, they just don’t care where they delivered it to!I have appealed their my denied claim twice. Still, they have refused to acknowledge their mistake and paid for my missing package.I even tried filling a complaint against our area usps delivery lady, because at our apt complex, there have been numerous missing and lost packages. Still nothing.Our complex office has also filled various complaints against the usps lady, but of course, nothing has changed!Horrible service, 0 stars! Unprofessional!

Very un professional!!!! I had a delivery today here.... I sat at their gate for an hour before anyone even spoke to me....then when I got to the dock to unload I sat there for at least 35 to 40 min the guy came out with a forklift and beat on my door so hard I thought he ran into my truck......the raised his voice at me telling me that I have to chock whee and remove straps and that they wont do it but didnt tellme that when i was finally able to check in.....l am super upset about this place and how unprofessional they are!!!!!
