My item has been processing since 5:22am and should say out for delivery by now like the other packages today. Make sure I get my item today. Stop. IT SAYS ARRIVED AT POST OFFICE AT 3:45 am! Why isn’t it out for delivery? Fix this asap

Went to drop off a prepaid package and they were closed for lunch. Ok, no biggie, I'll use the drop off area. Well, the package slot was sealed shut with cardboard and a sign to drop off inside. Seriously? What a horrible post office. Hire someone to work at lunch and fix the drop off box!

Don't know why Google is showing this PO as CLOSED but it's not closed. I go here several times a week and it's open, today is May 29, 2023

They sent my Priority Mail to the wrong address. The first time I used usps, I sent a copy of the I-589 form, a very important document, so I had to wait for at least half a month. I asked for compensation for my loss.

Closed for lunch?? I've never experienced a post office closed for lunch....no serve yourself station either... this made it an inconvenience for sure! Parking was also rough...

I arrived to mail letters on the weekend and the doors are locked and there is no blue box outside to drop letters into. Really? When are they going to fire DeJoy?

This post office is closed from 12-1 for lunch. They have their package drop box sealed shut with a sign saying to drop packages at the window. I came here on my lunch break and was a wasted trip. Management should schedule different staff to be on lunch at different times instead of shutting down the post office for an hour. Or at least have a package drop box accessible.

The lobby says it opens at 730am. Is it still closed. Come on.

Very inconvenient to be closed for lunch. Since when does a post office close during business hours, this is the only one I've ever been to that does.

I ship out products monthly. I spend thousands on postage and with that should come free USPS pickups.Unfortunately this branch likes to ignore pickup requests. They tell me I have to leave packages in specific places but my apartment says I can't leave them there. I keep trying to find solutions - like getting the key fob access to the rest of the building - but they simply ignore me.Of the 7 package requests I have submitted, all have been ignored completely until I call. Once we call, only 4 of the 7 times did they actually come.I have done everything I can to get this branch to do their jobs but I'm at a point were it seems my only option is to start complaining publicly and directly to USPS each and everytime they fail to honor pickup requests.I currently have 200 packages sitting by my door and have been told they will - once again - not honor the pickup request. Michael has been the only person there that has been helpful (not including carriers) the rest are either unhelpful or unhelpful and rude. I pay a lot of money to USPS and shouldn't be treated like this.

Closed early on Sat but only needed the mail drop to drop off mail. Lobby was locked blocking access to mail drop. On top of that, no mailbox outside to drop off mail when lobby closed. Very frustrating.

This is an update. I'm starting to see the same patterns as the previous post office in this area. The one we moved from! Our packages are going days without being picked up and also I spoke with someone on the phone today and she was extremely rude. It truly amazes me how Incompetent these people are. this morning she asked me to bring the packages to the post office instead...HELLO!! This is a service the post office offers!!! Why offer a service if you can't do it? Sometimes when they do come to pick up the packages they've had ME load up their dolly and truck...I'm literally all but 100 pounds and it's boxes that are easily 30-60 pounds each. I've held off on that detail until now, and kinda let it slide but after how rude the woman was this morning over the phone, I'm letting out all the details of their incompetence. Literally That's why we ask them to come pick up the packages... it's literally THEIR JOB.... Not mine. It's incredible we spend thousands of dollars with the post office and they don't even do their job and have excuse after excuse.... The only reasonable one there is the supervisor Michael. He's also the only reason this is 2 stars and not one star.... the others are just not good customer service representatives and barely do their job.

I love this post office. The girls are always kind to me and I don't ever get any push back for anything. I come here daily and my packages get scanned within minutes of dropping them off. The area is not the best, but I rather go to this post office than any other in Santa Ana.
