Horrible experiences! First time the system is shut down so cash only but the staff told me QR code is acceptable, except it is not when I paid online and present them the code! Second time an Asian staff named Betty is acting with extreme arrogant attitude like "we do not print lables for you, and no tape provided," I do not need to come in person if I packed and sealed with a label on it, I can just drop it in a box! One star or less, I do not think it will make a difference to USPS in Santa Ana, they just do not care!

Great experience with much help from their employee Miguel. I came unprepared without all the documents and not at the correct appointment time. I’m as still received with courtesy and he made the process painless and easy. I appreciate his patience and care in the matter and hope he is being recognized for his contribution!

They always close before 5 pm so I wouldnt go there if you are trying to make it before they close. Even ifs it’s just for drop off.

I started dropping off my packages here usually I did in Tustin. 4 out of 6 are missing. They were scanned 3-4 days after I dropped it off..Customer service couldn't help with an update.The worse never ever! I'm losing business.

Came in today for a passport and was in and out in less than 20 minutes, even with someone ahead of me. Romarie was the worker helping me and she was very professional and efficient, even as the office seemed understaffed. The online instructions for getting your passport done were clear and made everything easy. Just note that you do have to pay for street parking but it's only $2

Thieves work here!! On November 1st, I drove from Placentia to this post office, less than a block from where my son lives to ensure my son would get his birthday card on time (Nov 2). Inside the nondescript envelope was a card with an Amazon gift card enclosed. Sure enough, the card never arrived. I had my return address on it, so it had nothing to do with postage. Someone who works here stole it! Karma will get them! I hope it gets them good!

MIGUEL really saved me getting my passport. I thought I brought in the right paperwork but I didn’t, he gave me a second chance to get it together and I’m soooo grateful! only thing I hated was paying for parking lol.

Worse, I can see why they lose so much money and don't make any. Should just be outsourced and allow a company to provide better service with reliable employees. Appointment made for a Passport, drove down only to be told the person who does that called out. Poor leadership and no structure, outsource and stop supporting the USPS
