Major theft going on I dropped 4 packages off last Saturday got them scanned with a receipt , the tracking mf shows usps in in possession of items. Not one has updates called the Santa Ana distribution center to see if it was there they said it never left the post office do not use this place
Will be contacting postal inspector regarding this locations theft problem.

To start off the five stars will be for Jessica in sales and services because not only did she take charge when Hannah did not want to assist me in the right way, she was very descriptive with my issue and helping me change my address since my last landlord was just trying to through out my mail and didn't want to receive it there. Jessica understood and did everything in her care to help me. Thank you so much ? we need more Jessica's to care for our mail like this.

Supervisor was great! However the employees in the front are horrible, especially the one with the green ugly highlights in her hair. She was rude and yelled at my mom. Luckily I was there to defend her and after she went to hide in the back. Hope she has the worst customers ever today and always. Supervisor you were awesome :)

This office is more concerned about dealing with passports instead of the mail. It’s ridiculous to wait forever to mail packages. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. One person working regular mail. HIRE A PERSON FOR PASSPORTS AND HANDLE THE LINE OUT THE DOOR DOWN THE ROAD. Pathetic awful service and they do not care

I was having issues with a package that was about to be returned to sender. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS I called and the gentleman who helped me (unfortunately I did not get his name) got the job done and got it delivered when he said it would! I am so thankful for him. I wish I could thank him again! THANK YOU GUY!

The staff were so lovely and helpful! I had a package that accidentally got sent back and they helped us get it just before it left.Huge shoutout to Elaine. She’s such a joy, was a superstar is getting out package and lit up the whole place with her smile! Thank you ?

I was having issues with my mail delivery and the customer service supervisor Eileen was so helpful, I gave her a Christmas card. Eileen tracked down the issue and provided so much assistance and answered all of my questions with ease and humor. The rest of the staff appeared knowledge and quick to process people so the line went fast.

The manager (didn’t get her name but the manager was a black woman with blond braids), she came in today on her day off to check on a new employee, she saw an extra long line and stepped in to delegate an effective process to get everyone through which included sitting down to process customers as well. I love to see managers checking on their staff and stepping in momentarily when needed!

Although not perfect, and it"s business has been impacted by private competitors, I am grateful for the convenience of, and services offered by the United States Postal Service.Thank you folks for sending my packages, collecting my mail, and selling me stamps over the years.
