I rent the three story scaffolding in the store. This was my first time ever using it. I was very nervous. Alex S. is very knowledgeable and he explained all the safety features and tips. He also show/explain to me how to set it up properly. Everything went really well. Definitely 5 star service!!

Just go somewhere else, don't use the Austin location! Even with confirmation number in hand they tell you sorry no availability add the day for deliver or pickup. No communication and not even trying to help you.

Rented a dump truck and a trailer a day ago for a job we had just down the street. These guys totally unprepared, didnt do an inspection before renting it out. I came in this morning already have a hour and a half here and the lights on the truck do not work and they cant fix it. Guy is telling me they have another dump truck all the way in Huntington beach!!!! Crazy. Do not waist your time here United Rentals in Santa Ana

Great place for rentals. Everyone I spoke with was always friendly and very helpful. Roberto answered all my questions and the other gentleman that helped load equipment (his name starts with an R as well) were so kind. Equipment worked perfectly and the pricing was excellent, better than competitors like Home Depot. Entire process was easy and fast from checkout to the returning of equipment. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys!

The whole process from start to finish was easy! I was directed from the Huntington beach location to the Santa Ana branch where my tow boom was going to be available the next day when I needed it. Santa at the Huntington location made the appointment for me! I came to Santa Ana in the morning and Raul promptly helped me hook up to my truck and show me exactly how to operate the machine. When I returned the boom later that day, they unhooked it for me and had me out of there in no time. I was very impressed!! Thank you so much!!
