Definitely one the worst experiences, from the moment we purchased the vehicle we had on going issues. The truck has been in and out of the dealer, in house mechanics and ford specialist and the issue has yet to be resolved. Now we are being told the engine has no compression, those are the types of vehicles being sold at this location. Please do not do business with this facility, they are taking from honest people who are just trying to make an honest living.

Just wanted to share my experience with Uncle Mikes Autos. I purchased an 2015 duramax from Rigo. He was straight up from the start and being out of state he let me have the truck checked out prior to me making my deposit. I showed up and Rigo was prepared with paperwork and the deal was complete in minutes. He explained my tax implications being out of state and made sure I was prepared. I have had the truck for a little over a week and couldn’t be more happy with it and my experience with Uncle Mikes and all the staff!Thank you,Thomas

We bought a truck from Rigo at Uncle Mikes by viewing it online to be shipped overseas. I have done this many times with other dealers without one problem and have bought probably 15 trucks and cars this way. The sale went very smoothly and he was good to work with.When the truck arrived it didn't have the important accessory that was advertised with the truck. In fact, that accessory was the one reason we choose this vehicle. We advised Rigo of this problem and he said he would ship the accessory to us. However when we called several days later to check the status of the shipping, he said the owner wouldn't ship it to us. We advised him that it was false advertising and that we would be forced to sue him. He said sue us. Sadly, it seems if anything goes wrong with their sale they do not stand behind their promises.

We bought a van from them, and it broke days after. We took it back and they said that they fixed it and it soon after same problem, and lots of oil leak on the bottom. The radio would turn on by itself even after being locked. Took it again and they refused to fixed it. We ended taking it to an actual car dealer for service and they said we needed major work done on the engine which would cost more than 5k. We went back to where we bought it again and they refused to help in any way. We were sold a lemon.

I purchased a utility truck from Uncle Mike's and it was a very pleasant and professional experience. The truck was ready for us to test drive, and we were able to inspect the service history. Our mobile mechanic came out to inspect it and it was in great condition. The sales team was very transparent with their pricing and terms and conditions. We ended up driving away with the truck and are hoping to make our next purchase through Uncle MIke's again. Strongly recommend!
