i got here about 12:00 a group of about 12 people waiting in the entrance lobby for bout 30 minutes already but there was NO ONE in sight other then the security guard it’s so crazy to me apparently they all went the lunch at the same time which is absolutely crazy to me. whole lobby completely empty for about 35 minutes now and the security guard said they would be back around 12:00 to maybe 12:45 !! so an hour and 45 minutes they should be expected to be back. that’s just obnoxious and bizarre to me.

You guys don't even deserve 1 star. Get better doctors and nurses and maybe a better answering service thanks for making sure I am traumatized and even better thank you guys for making me watch my dead 12 week fetus come out of my body and me pick it up the imagine will forever be stuck in my head you guys don't deserve to even be a medical building. Thank you for not helping doctor Anjani Tilak Kolahi I hope someone comes and shuts down all of your medical buildings.

Very bad service never again going there. I took my son to the urgent care when i got there they told me sorry we don’t have anymore space for the afternoon walk-in the lady in front was come back at 5pm. I was like my son has a really high fever and you want me to come back at 5 no thank you. I just walked away. Very disappointed with the urgent care

Horrible service. If you want to waste your time, then come here. These people don't know what they are doing and the waiting time has ALWAYS been ridiculously long. I've been coming here since I was a kid. It's time to look for better options.

my rating is based on subject matter expertise & knowledge & capabilities. sure there may be some "customer service" areas for improvement at UCI Medical Centers (& not just this location but also their ER/Specialists). However I would rather have the rudest doctor save my life than the nicest doctor misdiagnose/mistreat me....so that is my reasoning for still scoring a 5/5⭐️•they work as a team of residents (post medical school graduates with overseeing Doctors and Higher level medical expertise above that as well).•They also provide a lot of technical information handouts so that you can understand why and what is affecting your health.• if you're seeing two departments/doctors, they will transfer your potential medical questions to each other department for increased quality oversight of the specialized medical expertise and can both see the information because it is in the same computer system•they have a lot of different capabilities with-in their network such as specialized doctors/ER/lab equipment/ pharmacy•they're an educational medical center rather than a for-profit medical center that rents out spaces (such as Hoag) where basically any doctor can just rent a room at the medical center. this means they are screened and overseen by UCI Medical which has an Educational Standard to uphold911!!! if you're having an emergency go to the UCI Emergency Location not to this location as it's only certain hours and not meant for emergencies

Who ever the girl is that was working the front desk today this morning 11am 11-01-22 downstairs booth #3 should be let go. Incompetent, rude, straight up b1tch doesn’t give a dam. If you hate your job so much then quit. I read some reviews on here about the same person and it blows my mind how she still holds a position here.

Friendly staff but the wait times are horrible my appointment was at 9:00am and wasn’t seen by the actual doctor until 10:00AM! A whole hour later

This place is the worst. Their appointments run late, their staff takes incredibly long to get you anything and I've been run in CIRCLES about a referral from my doctor that no one seems to care about. I was told another department would contact me in 3-4 days and it's now been a month and a half of me calling around and getting incorrect phone numbers and wrong referrals and departments that don't answer their phone or call you back. I'll be switching providers.

Both my children see Dr. Reddy as there pediatrician. She is the best. My daughter is 6 now and loves her. I love that even though she is not hispanic she is aware that we speak to my daughter in Spanish and she does the same as well. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Reddy. She is the 3rd pediatrician I saw at this location. Like they say 3rd times a charm and that she is. Thank you Dr Reddy for always going the extra mile with my kids. I wouldn't want anyone else to see or treat them. Amazing experience

My father was in icu and this Korean nurse and I was absolutely disgusted by her lack of mannerism and professionalism. She needs to get her license checked again. We were speaking to my father who was somewhat sedated but enough for him to hear us, but she began talking by herself bedside that my father is brain dead and that we need to make decision soon. When really, my father is completely well. She always told us lies when we never asked. Also the nurses over sedated my father until the doctor fixed it and someone turned off the ac in my fathers room. The nursing department needs to remanage because this is awful . Nurses needs to provide care and comfort to patients

If you want to die, go to this clinic. They will bill you like they're high and will not make the correction, so you will be afraid to go back for follow-up even if you're very sick. I was so stupid to go to them with my PPO insurance because I actually like Dr. Vega there. Big mistake. Never ever go to them. The whole office administration is a dumpster fire. I left many messages for their office manager Jennifer Mosher, but she never called me back. Their phone number goes straight to an off-site scheduling line, and no matter what messages you left, the clinic's people would never call you back. They don't care if you live or die. What aholes.
