Back again to my go to spot for deluxe pedis. these ladies always give me the Cleanest french tip pedicures. Today's color is pink shade 113 Love it! the massage today was soooo bomb and needed, thanks again!

You girls out there WATCHED OUT!! I told him if he could take my nails out and placed new ones and he said yes. No hygiene on his utensils they looked like they have been used and he cut my nails for them ripping the acrylics with another acrylic nail!! The tip of it to take my nails out they were flaking and poor quality and when I told him to add them something to make them strong he didn’t seriously watch out for this place

Best Location To Get My Nails Done! I’ve been coming here for about 10 years now, the prices are great ! I always have different ideas of what nails I want to get and they always nail them! I usually ask for Steve, Lani, or Kim!

Please believe the reviews!! I the went in to get a gel manicure with French tip. The quality of the service was horrible she thinned my nails by filling my existing gel manicure instead of putting them on acetone. The tools were not clean who knows how many customers she used them on. I told the lady if she can shape and cut my nails to be relatively the same shape and size and she laughed and said "how of they're your real nails?!" When it was time to exchange hands she just threw my hand and and rushed through the whole thing. I told her multiple times my French tip was not even at both ends and didn't bother to clean it up. Once it came to finish up, I paid and noticed the low quality. I mentioned to the front desk lady that I would of like to get them fixed but at a later time since I was running late already and she's like "no no we close tomorrow" and quickly redirected me to so again with the same tech. It is obvious she does not know how to do quality French tip. She only fixed that one nail when I clearly told her the French tip was not done correctly and did not fix it. But you know, for $35 that's the quality you get. So please save your money.

I went in to get a pedicure and they did a horrible job! I went and showed the manager and told her I wanted my money back but they said all they can do is have another lady do my pedicure… so that’s what I did… well they still did a horrible job worse pedicure I have ever gotten in my life!

My nails were nice and healthy as I had only had 1 manicure in last 6 months. I went in to get the gel taken off and reapplied. She used to remove gel polish and didn't soak them at all. She kept drilling to get small remenants off. My nails were waxy thin, and even with the gel polish she put on, 5 of them broke within 3 days of her doing them and my healthy nails are wrecked. NEVER go here.

Pricing is good but the quality of the work is terrible. Got my nails done two weeks ago- broke two of my nails, went back and got a fill while I was there... and in ONE day the nail polish is peeling again on numerous nails. Been going here for years because it's convenient but I've never had my nails have so many issues.

Edit: Everything changed, and we stopped going there years ago. The attitudes changed, quality went way down as prices went up. I believe in charging what you're worth, but don't let your quality go down or buy cheaper materials. The final straw was seeing the owner screaming at a customer.
I adore Top 3D Nails. My nails always last 3-4 weeks and still look freshly done. I get very intricate nails with lots of bling, 3d art, etc and they are extremely well priced.

I was in the neighborhood and called to get a gel manicure. I had to have my old gel nails removed. They were the first ones I had had in 6 months letting my nails recover from so many manicures. My nails were long and strong. Instead of using any liquid remover on the nails, she removed my old polish solely with the spinning drill tool. I thought, that is a first, only using that and not wrapping the nails for awhile with remover in foil. When all polish was gone, she kept grinding until all residue was gone. I thought, I hope she didn't just kill my super healthy nails. I felt them. They felt flimsy. BUMMER! She knicked my with hard emory board twice while filing my nails. I wanted to walk out, but it is not my personality. She put on the polish. I left and when I got outside I could see bubbles in the polish. See photo. WORSE, my healthy 6-months in the works nails were flimsy, and one broke the next day. The sores from the emory board hurt for 3 days. NEVER GO HERE!!!

I am going too 3 nail in satan Ana more than 2 years but recently the new girl come and standing in front she's so rude and every time I call she hang up on me she didn't give me the manger nobody give hopefully the manager see this for two weeks Thursday going fix my nail on Monday they are ruin last two times I wish the manger read this this is not a service I'm working at customer service and I know the service she's is so rude and impo

I've been here twice. M first visit I got a full set of acrylic nails. The looked great. 4 of my nails popped off before my second visit in two weeks. I let them know I felt like they were all gonna pop off. They put a new set on, charged me for removing the old set (Which I feel was maybe not a great job if they were coming off already) and charged for a full new set. I paid more the second time than I did the first time. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence. I was not happy about paying for a full new set after already paying $55 for a new set the first time I went in.

I had love this place when I was going to high school... however, in thanksgiving I desperately needed my nails and toes done went in excited to be there once again however, the service was horrible the lady doing my toes looked mad and kept pushing my toes down with her hand as if they were in her way....when that was over I was already mad. Once I started on my nails I wanted a simple one color dip powder no tips just dip on my actual nails... the lady doing my nails seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing and it's been 3 days and I'm nails already broke off. Just a reminder why I stopped going to this place. Definitely don't recommend if you're looking to have a relaxing day of any sort.
