Thank you, Home Depot, for your excellent delivery service. Upon being dissatisfied with another company, we ordered a laundry washer & dryer from Home Depot. Their delivery service was excellent. They let us know when they were coming, confirmed the day before, and texted 15 minutes before arrival. Not only did they deliver on time, they also helped us with set up. Overall, we are satisfied with Home Depot, their delivery, and cannot wait to try out our new laundry set

Asked for a flat cart to buy a few large bags of soil, associate in gardens response was to go look in the parking lot. Left, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Feedback for management: Figured at 11am on a Saturday they'd have some carts outside in garden for customers to use.

Their item selection was fantastic, and the staff is very knowledgeable during my visit. I had to go here to buy some hardware materials for my bathroom. The staff was very helpful when I got confused what to buy. Reasonable prices too.

I haaaateeeee that they don't have Apple Pay, come on Home Depot its 2023 ! I got some items I needed and no Apple Pay. I went To a near bank to get cash paid for the stuff with it, I had to rent a vacuum cleaner and they didn't accept cash I freaking needed a card so dang annoying I'm going home to get the pinché card. Waste of time. You guys ruined my day it was going so smooth. :( now I'm gonna be washing my carpet all mad I'm soooo frustrated. I even called to ask prices and ability, should have told me about the iD and card

DO NOT shop here for anything special order for roofing. the third party company shows up and refuses to unload. my husband had to while the two employees lied and sat. lied saying they wont drop because of solar but home depot promised this is never an. issue. the company beacon rude, unprofessional and blatantly refuse to do the job which we paid for. and one employee literally was standing in my garage probably taking pics of my husband's tools. when i asked to step out of my garage the employee argued with me. they told my husband they would drop the load in front of our house. we had to ssk to raise to roof so my husband unloaded as two employees sat and watched waited to weeks for special order for this company and beacon to waste our money time and labor. that my husband did. home.depot has yet to do anything to solve this. we not the material today that we have waited two weeks for. we want the material today and if not we need reimbursement for the negligence of beacon and home depot. this is how home depot treats military families. would much rather our service man hurt himself and he paid extra to do the job himself. we would have went any where else if we had any idea. you will loose our families business and i will be asking for a response from corporate since the store level manager does not care. we want corporate involved since we are not getting treated fairly. And the material beacon delivered was open I think it was returned and we get charged full price for open material. Yes this is home Depot

I was having a hard time adding my compliments to the homedepot.com/survey site - but really wanted to give my kudos and thanks to Jeff at this store! Unbelievably awesome service! He assisted my friends an I with some wood cuts - which were perfect. But he was also friendly to boot. Thanks again!!!!!

Silvia A in appliances was awesome!! She took her time to explain everything from the warranty to the delivery process! She was very knowledgeable when it came to the appliance we were shopping for! Went above and beyond to make sure that everything would fit and would be to our liking! She did everything she could to make sure our experience was easy as possible! Thank you Silvia A.!!!!

I've ordered via the mobile app and picked up my purchases here as well as shop in store for items and I've always found it to be easy. This location is off the 55 freeway and the surrounding area looks ghetto but it's not bad at all, mostly hard working people in the parking lots and not so much transients. Employees are always super helpful and bilingual for the most part. I've purchased window film, foam in a can, foam boards, stud finder and a drill. It's definitely the go-to Home Depot for many people in the area.

Great customer service by Jacoby; really tentative; great listener; excellent feedback. Very knowledgeable. They need to clone him ;despite the demographic in this area; he represents Home Depot exceptionally.

Great selection, and the location is easy to get to. Parking lot always has room to park near the front of the store, and the store itself is super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is that we never have to wait in line - their self-checkout area is always available!

Local Home Improvement store at least friendly staff seems to be always stocked up on items that I need to purchase competitive and prices large assortment flowers and plants I was looking for something new seems to have it here never disappointed

Ask if I buy wood can they cut it. Picked out wood. Paid for wood. Went to get cut.m and machine was broken. Been broken all day. Waste of 30 min. Off to Lowes!!!

We went to Home Depot to buy a refrigerator. Our sales person was named Bernabe Lizalde gave us great service and answered all our questions professionally and had a great personality. We give him an APus for the service he gave us.

I have never needed to do any home improvement projects until now. I have only been to this home depot once in person and it was pleasant. I walked in and they helped me with my cart items and my contractor picked out everything. Opened a new account and thought the best. When my contractor went to pick up items they messed up my order. They had two incomplete orders under my name and I needed to have my contractor confirm and reconfirm all that was purchased. TIME WASTED and I still needed to make sure they didn't mistake charged my account. I sent contactor for another order and same incompetent help. My beef is with corporate or whoever develops policies that do not serve your customers. As new account I can only charge IN PERSON ....2 hours away since my mom is in santa ana. As a new client you would assume better customer care. I'm furious having to drive and delay my mother's bathroom accessible remodel because company policies are not flexible for their clients needs. This applies to corporate and leadership... lots of young inexperienced people who deserve better training and support. That's all I can say about how incompetent this place has been.
