“For some reason it seems like the standard operating procedure for most employees at smoke shops in the Southern California area is to behave at best, ambivalent, and at worst (and more often this is the case), rude and downright disrespectful. They act like they don't even want you in the store. Most of them are not willing to work with you or compromise on anything. They overcharge, sell defective products then refuse to give your money back, and want to be rude about it the whole time. None of those things are true about this place. The employees whom I dealt with were accommodating, respectful, and gave me an absolutely fantastic deal. All the products are high quality, and the prices are beyond fair. They offer deep discounts on certain stock, and the stuff that isn't on sale, is priced lower than any other shop around. While nothing I purchased had any issues with it, I'm sure if it did I could bring it back in and they'd find a solution. They seem like they have promotions pretty regularly, such as raffles and whatnot, which certainly makes one more inclined to shop there. I really can't say enough good things about this place. In fact, just to show how much I love this place; I live all the way down in San Juan Capistrano, there are three smoke shops within walking distance from my house, and many more within a couple minutes drive. I would rather skip over all of them and drive the half hour or so to this place. It's really that good.Thanks for a great experience and a great new water pipe!”

Normally I don't buy non-American glass but this Six B Glass brand (made in China) is legit and good quality glass. Great thickness and good mouth piece. Been a month and no problems or light cracks in the rig.”
