Absolutely impressed! My son and I traveled from Lake Elsinore to check out a Ford Ranger, and Sam greeted us warmly. He's incredibly kind and honest, never pressuring us, and he patiently answered all our questions. We left with a new truck quickly . Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be returning.Thank you Sam

I bought a vehicle from titanium motors, air conditioning had a problem so Sam Adams promised me that he would have the car fixed before delivery. The automobile was never taken to be serviced by Sam or Titanium Motors. I had to take delivery and Drive the car back to Lake Forest on my off day From Los Angeles 70 miles round trip, received a promise from Sam Adams and Mohammed That I would be rein versed for my fuel but as of yet NOTHING I'm very disappointed, and instead of making a returning customer they have a bad review.

Edit: My first review was a bribe by the dealership to have them put gas in the car.
I had a terrible experience with Titanium Motors and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a $14,000 car from them and traded in my old vehicle for $1,500, but the entire process has been a nightmare. They caused significant delays and issues with the title transfer, which created a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle on my end.
Additionally, they failed to process my warranty in a timely manner, leaving me without coverage when I needed it most. To top it all off, they still haven’t provided me with the $500 worth of car parts they owe me, despite multiple follow-ups.
Their lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid doing business with Titanium Motors.

Sam recommended a extended warranty because its a European car
So he was tell me I will give to u at cost
I said my bank will offer a better deal
I found out that Sam offer was below bank offer for the extended warranty
It shows how honest this dealership is
I am definitely coming back to purchase another
