6/6/24 Just purchased a set of Clip -In Extensions and the way this business operates is a little shady In my opinion. I paid with a debit card - apple wallet was charged to installment and blending additional $40 a couple days prior I was told $20 by another salesperson . Tina the owner gave the impression of based on looks they try to upsell you on services . I was seated and clearly communicated I was in a rush before I was charged , . Get seated and miscommunication between them someone else had an appointment prior to me , no problem . I said I'm in a hurry refund the $40 I paid . Question by Tina "how did you pay " debit card apple wallet her answer I can't refund ?! Whaaat ?! What do you mean yes you can ! That's ridiculous! Shady lady ! Also I said well give me cash ! Oh no we don't have enough cash , really ?! You know that's total BS ! The she points at her policy o exemption we don't refund lol it's not my fault you charged for a service and you couldn't fulfill that's on you not on me ! So ridiculous really ? People put up with this ?! Annoying so then she gives me a check for a $40 refund ! Really ?! Annoying won't be coming back here ! Overpriced products and shady business she's so pushy has her employees on their toes feel bad for them !

Love this Salon ! It has everything you possibly need for hair care ! . I did my extensions for the first time ever ! And I got them done with Theresa , which was the best experience ever ! Super friendly , personable and professional. The process was so easy and quick and she recommended which hair and supplies were best and also the prices were definitely affordable/ reasonable compared to other places .. excited to continue to do my hair here and other services they offer . Thanks Theresa !

10/10 recommend. I walked into the salon no appointment and my hair was a mess. Ellen did an amazing job fixing my hair color and making it exactly how I wanted. Teresa Did my hair extensions and I'm OBSESSED she did such an amazing job and so quickly. I gave Teresa my budget and we worked within my budget and got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this place is amazing!!!!!! I've never got hair extensions Teresa is so knowledgeable and walked me through the process and made me feel so comfortable.

Tina's is an OC institution for beauty and hair. I have been a customer and client of Teresa's for 10 years. I drive from LA, where there is a salon on every corner, because it's THAT good. They literally have it all when it comes to hair and beauty supplies. Excellent quality extensions. You'll find what you need & more. In terms of services, they can hook you up with nails and hair. I've had my color done a few times over the years, and they always get it just right. The main reason I come to Tina's is to see Teresa for sew-in extensions. She supplies the best quality hair and does a seamless installation. Teresa is extremely gifted and takes care to customize extensions for each client. I highly recommend Tina's for all of your hair and beauty needs!

New Favorite Place!!!!???It was my First time shopping here. I’m not sure how long her store has been open But thinking of the money I WASTED @Sally’s and I could of been supporting local businesses. There’s Something for Everyone’s needs for Beauty ,Hair,Nails! Wide range of products brands sizes and Prices. I was helped by the Nicest young lady. I think her name was Valerie? Brown hair straight with Light brown stripes in the front of her hair!!! She was super helpful and knowledgeable! I’ll be back in a few days ?!!!

2nd time coming in for extensions here and everyone is amazing! Teresa is amazing! Reached out to her last minute to get a new pack of extensions and dyeing my hair a new color... she was able to pick the perfect hair for me and length, doing everything for me! My extensions last really well each time and really amazing quality hair! Wouldn't wanna go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Complete rip off cheap quality hair extensions. When I purchased I asked for a discount and they called the manager who offered me and my friends 15% off if we were paying cash. The hair extensions didn't even last a month. When I first opened the pack, hair was shedding and I thought maybe because it's new... but as soon as I wore them they were falling out in chunks. Embarrassing. It couldn't even be brushed or put my hands through without grabs of hair coming out. Literally chunks. It looks so sparse and ratty. It says 100% human hair but it feels mixed with synthetic, I don't know but it's literally breaking, shedding and just falling apart. I paid what would be like a car payment for the cheapest quality. Bummer. Bad customer service for the 'defective pack' I purchased. I called and they said to bring them in the following day so the manager can take a look. I went in at the agreed upon time anticipating the manager/owner to take a look and offer some sort of customer service. They were in agreement about the condition of the hair extensions but the only solution offered was to leave the extensions at the salon for a 3 weeks that the vendor maybe could take a look at it. I expressed my disappointment to Theresa the owner/manager that I was told to come at a specific time that someone was there who would make a decision to offer remedy or not. I assumed she would be able to find a solution for her customers and then as a business owner handle whatever with her venders based on her relationship with them. Instead she was telling me that she's busy and has a trip planned. Not too busy to have the conversation with me just busy to speak on any possible solution. They wasted my time driving there. She didn't seem to care that her paying customers also have plans which is why ppl shop there. She said she'd call me back at the end of the day to follow up? I left the store with no resolve and she didn't call. I called to inquire the next day and Theresa again said she's leaving on a trip and they'll let me know if the vendor ever gets back to them. I'm not holding my breath for any solution but this is how they handled it. Upsetting. Just a complete waste. UPDATE: I bought hair extensions from Amazon. Surprisingly amazing quality and half the price of what Tina's Beauty Supply would sell them for.

Terrible terrible experience!! I decided to go to this salon cause I saw it was close to my place. I asked for a blowout and the lady who was doing my hair didn’t know what a blowout is and got mad at me for constantly asking her to do it differently. If i did my hair myself at home, I would’ve done it better. They didn’t deserve not one dollar for the terrible service of theres. I left the salon midway as she was “blow drying” my hair cause I couldn’t handle it. She was yanking my hair and I hate the way my hair looks. When I expressed how I felt at the counter the guy just said i am sorry for that and will relay the message to the owner. How will you reach me? You don’t even have my number. Thank you for this terrible experience, never coming back in my life.

Went to Tina's to get clip-on extensions to make my hair look thicker and a little longer. The salesperson was very nice, and she helped me pick out the right color and texture to match my curly hair. Not one single person has noticed that I got extensions! That's how well they match. I have been told my hair looks amazing, but nobody can tell that the reason it looks good is because of extensions! I haven't dyed them or cut them, I just clip them in and go, and they're a perfect match!
