I walked in and was captivated by the amazing scent of this store. Then I was greeted by Champ and the team. Champ was very friendly, charismatic, and attentive. He even sported a beautiful suede jacket from the company. The store was clean and organized. And the selection of clothes was really impressive and well-curated.

Actually, store appears pretty cool. Staff Gen zzz, milleniallish. Standard polite.... like most of their gen... not comfortable making chat without an iPhone... so I didn't take it personal....likely a cultural thing... but in summary store cool presentation, and I did buy something... the thing they need improvement is the sales people ...are like manequins , wear nice cloths but alive and silent... maybe they just need to get more exprience with actual face to face conversation or we should get a zoom link before we enter the store lol... digital communications

Had at great experience at Todd Snyder. Champ was awesome. He helped us right as we walked in. The shop didn't have a few items in my size so he called multiple stores and found the ones I was looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great customer service and selection of clothes!

Location currently closed - drove across town to find an outfit for a dinner I was hosting on Saturday. I always like treating myself with a new Todd Snyder outfit, usually happy with the experience (although I echo some of the sentiments that the staff can be aloof and hit or miss). Was disappointed to find a notice in the window that the store was closed indefinitely for maintenance. Would have liked to know this before making the drive! Please update your opening status on Google so others don't make this mistake!

I wanted to visit since there is no separate store in Korea.
The brand store was much more luxurious than expected and had good quality clothes... Looking at the reviews, there were a lot of complaints about the service response. I could feel it a little, but it wasn't to the point where I felt really insulted, and once I bought the clothes, what would I do? Feeling better? I had the impression that people would treat me well if I dressed up a bit when going to the store! But it was a great place with a lot of clothes I really wanted to buy!!!

Let me tell you, the place is above and beyond. I didn’t ask his name, but he was a blond man, with glasses on, the service - the Top.
I’m being honest, I was a bit “orderly” and he understood me perfectly.
Service- The Top. Prices- Are Fair. Quality- Yes,sir. Perfect!
Definitely will be back. Thank you for the EXPERIENCE.

Serious racist vibe here. I live close so I visit this store every so often. Everytime I walk into the store they never greet me. Today, when I walked in, there was a white couple that was greeted by the staff then after 10 second I walked in. Total silence. I waived for help. Got ignored. Then 2 more white people walked in after me. They were greeted with a warm welcome. 3 employees offering to help them while I am still waiting for help. Another group of Asian customers walk in. No greets, no help. When I decided to leave they did say goodbye lol. Trust me, I am not the only one experiencing this. I miss the JCrew store that used to be there.

I shop at the Todd Snyder online store and thought it would be fun to go to this brick and mortar shop for a change. I will never buy anything from this brand again, not even if they paid me to.
The staff were so hostile they bordered on hateful, which I've never seen before in a store. The pretensions of the people who work here are legitimately embarrassing to behold. I feel like donating my Todd Snyder clothing- the conceit and contempt these people have toward clientele is not only gross, it's also unearned.

Love lots of their clothes (many way overpriced albeit ) but the salespeople in this store have the oddest vibe! There’s so many of them working but they act like they couldnt care less. I legit felt like an idiot after telling one how much I loved one of their pieces. Barely a blink of an eye lol. I see the store now and think nah I’d rather go online. If anything I’ll painfully go in to try something on.

As a stylist in Los Angeles for over two decades, I had previously only dealt regularly with the Todd Snyder store in NY. My friend had to swing by the Grove location to pick up a shirt for her husband, and I was beyond pleasantly surprised! The entire vibe of the store is the perfect combination of laid back, cool, and chic. We were warmly greeted by Champ upon arrival, followed closely behind by Madeline and Najah. They were all so incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and helpful, without being pushy at all. Christian orchestrated my friend’s pickup seamlessly and Champ and Najah explained the Studio Service protocol for their particular store.It was such a pleasure to visit, and I’m very much looking forward to doing business there again in the near future. Todd Snyder is lucky to have such a fantastic team!

Being my first time going there, I didn't know what to expect. I needed to find a suit for my wedding and was helped out by Alex. He was the best in-store representative I've ever encountered! He was not only nice and courteous, but extremely patient and helpful. I was able to pick out my suit and was on my way within an hour. Price point is extremely affordable too! Definitely will be back for all my future suit needs.

Best suit shop in town!! As soon as I entered the business I was immediately greeted by the friendly staffed. They help with what I needed and allowed me to take my time on making my decisions. Love this store love the staff thanks again!
