Got a Ram cargo van just yesterday. Carlo and a woman I spoke on the phone with (sorry for forgetting the name), were super cool and super helpful. Friendly but the cars are a rip off had issues with my car the first month and they have just piled on since I’ve had to pay for more in repairs than I’ve made in car payments and it finally broke down beyond repair only go here if you need something quick and can’t go anywhere else you will regret buying from here I know I sure do. They only have so many 5star reviews because they give you an incentive if you leave 5 stars it’s again a shady place

This dealer sells you a car sends people to steel the car from you my friends car got stolen she had put trackers found the car on the dealer hiding spot they dint know had tracker they where walking oway from the car when she got there you can't not trust the car store in Santa ana very bad people there how can it be they don't know nothing about it

I have done business here twice already and Carlo and Pepe are great to work with they helped me with my most recent purchase I had to get fixed and they were on it since I was still under warranty, the lady in the office she is so nice and helped me get financed really quick even tho my credit is not that great, they really work with you if your needing to buy a car thank you so much guys god bless

This guy claimed he was trying to help me , but he sold me two different cars within a weeks time and both ended up having problems ..I gave a 2007 Honda Fit with Stereo and racing wheels. I called him to find out what to exspect with the second car he sold me and he acted kike he didn't know what i was talking about. he told me ge was just going to give me my money back?? i gave him a car. Well he wont give me my car he said it was in Tijauna.. WOW WHAT A PIECE OF WORK.. NOW IM STRANDED WITH NO CAR TO MAKE MY MONEY. I HAVE HEART FAILURE ISSUES AND HE THINKS HE IS RIGHT BLAMING ME. ALSO HE ASKED TO LIE TO THE BANK ABOUT MY INCOME AND NEVER SENT THEM THE CORRECT PAPERWORK.. IF THIS IS Personal CARLOS YOU COULD OF BEEN A MAN INSTEAD OF A SNAKE .. KARMA IS A MOFO DUDE YOU WILL GET YOURS THIEF
