Let me just say I LOVE my new mattress, but I was pleasantly surprised by the set up of the store, very clean, and organized. Cora sold me the mattress and she was so nice, professional, and I felt like I could trust her opinions when it came to the appliances she was selling. Let me just say, I can be a bit of a tough customer. I ask a lot of questions. I like a good deal. I just want to feel well informed and educated before I make a purchase and know I'm getting the straight shot. Also, I don't know a lot about appliances and this was my first big purchase.With that being said, Evelyn has really made me feel welcome, educated and consulted about this big purchase! She stayed late, showed me all the options and the up sides and down sides of each model. I had a lot of questions and she had all the answers! I can really tell she is an expert in her space and it felt very comforting to know I was in experienced hands. In the end, I bought a new fridge, washer and dryer for an amazing price (way better then the deal at the BIG SHOP) and I left feeling really good about the purchase. Emilio was also helpful with some additional info. Thanks a lot guys!!

HANDS DOWN THE APPLIANCE AND MATTRESS DEPOT HAVE IT ALL SINCE THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN YOU FEEL WELCOME AND NOT RUSHED TO BUY SPECIALLY IF YOU JUST LET THEM KNOW YOURE JUST LOOKING THE WAY THEY APPROCHED ME SHOWED ME ALL THE AVAILABILITIES AND POSSIBILITIES TO PURCHASE WITH THE FINANCING AVAIABLE ITS JUST GREAT. I WASNT SURE ON WHAT I WANTED AND WAS SO CONFUSED BUT THEY ASKED ME ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS JUST LIKE OMY LAST PURCHASE FOR A WASHER AND DRYER THIS TIME I WENT IN FOR A FRIDGE NOT GOING TO LIE PRICES ARE VERY SIMILAR TO ALL THE OTHER MAJOR STORES BUT HANDS DOWN THE SERVICE HAS NO MATCH TO PRICE COMPARED TO WHAT THEY OFFER YOU AND FOR THE SAME PRICE WHY NOT BUY FROM A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS THEY VERY PROFFECIONAL AND STRAIGH FORWARD PENY FOR PENNY DIME FOR DIME I WILL BUY AGAIN SOON AS IM LOOKING FOR A RANGE FOR MY TURKEY TO BE COOKED NEXT MONTH . Would not recommend buying anything here!This happened to me.I ordered online finalized for the fridge I wanted. I received a fridge that could have been their since they opened.Upon noticing it was the wrong item,I asked the team at store if they could help sort this out.They responded with the work order is already signed and that I was unable to get a resolution thru them.Do not allow Evelyn to scam you."Strategy is to have you sign multiple docu sign" to try and sell what they can't sell.

I have used their service many times and they always provided the product at a very reasonable charge. I only rely on them for my appliances and even I don’t hesitate to recommend their name to others also and they all thank me for guiding them correctly. I wish they remain the same in the future.

The response below is 100% false. My dryer dries on only one setting and the other ~10 settings do not work. My dryer vent was/is not clogged nor did a technician ever speak to me when I called in to notify TAD of the malfunction. I was told I would have to pay a travel and service fee to have a technician diagnose the issue. I was sent a Docusign requiring a credit card being charged prior to a technician coming to my home. When I refused to sign the Docusign I was told I bought the dryer As Is without a warranty. If TAD wants to honor the warranty and repair my dryer, I will update this review with that information.I have a Harvard degree which does require more than a fifth grade education.
