Don't even bother coming here for service. Make the further drive to Irvine or Costa Mesa. I came to this place for a rattle in my passenger door (sounds like a speaker problem to me). First day I dropped it off they told me it was complete and fixed 4 hours later. So during my break I went to pick up my car and as soon as I turned out the parking lot the rattle was still present. So I ended up having to leave it there over night. Plus I wasted my entire break having to drop off my car again. Came back the next day to pick it up and was told this was a "normal characteristic". Sad thing is the rattle is now present even when music is barely even playing. Such a cop out for something they weren't able to figure out. Honestly such a waste of time and energy. To add on the manager (EDDIE) I talked to about the situation didn't handle it correctly at all. Blew it off like it was nothing and when I sent him the video of the rattle still there I was told he "could barely hear" what I was talking about. For a company that is worth billions of dollars, you expect a higher standard especially when investing in their company. Maybe I was wrong about Tesla to begin with. My first car was a Jeep with 250k miles on it now, never had this problem with service. The next was a mazda and still never had this type of issue with service. Pretty sad to see.

Went gave my car service dropped off Monday afternoon picked up Tuesday. Everything from my center console was missing. Told the service rep and he said he would ask the tech. Come Friday no one calls me back. I am on hold for 20 minutes and then they say they don't know where my stuff is and the tech did not take it. Like $500 worth of stuff - sunglasses, office keys, etc. the center console was cleaned out with no even 1 item left. Missing registration insurance and other personal items. Tesla service is the worst and Santa Ana center is criminal.Don't buy Tesla.Never had this issue with my Porsche, Mercedes, or Cadillac.

The customer service at this establishment has significantly deteriorated, echoing the sentiments expressed in other reviews. Despite having faithfully serviced my Tesla here since day one without any prior issues, my recent experience has been disappointing.A few months ago, I brought my car in for a low tire, and the representative who assisted me was initially accommodating. They repaired a nail in the tire and even offered a discount. I mentioned needing an alignment, and, to my understanding, they suggested waiting until my rear tires required replacement for a complimentary alignment. This aligns with the service BMW provides for my other car, so it made sense.Fast forward to yesterday when I went to replace one of my tires. Initially quoted $357 for the entire service, I was shocked to find out at the last minute that the promised alignment wasn't included, adding an additional $250. When I brought up the previous commitment, I was asked for proof, leaving me frustrated as I had only my word to rely on.Upon requesting to speak to the manager, I was informed that the promised service was not within their offerings, and the representative who had assured me of it was no longer with the company. Resigned to pay, I found the total suddenly increased to $820. Unable to bear the escalating costs and unwilling to engage in further argument, I took my car to an independent tire shop where the same services were completed for $550.This experience has left me questioning the standards at Tesla, purportedly a luxury car dealership. The exorbitant charges coupled with a failure to deliver on promised services cast doubt on my future purchases from Tesla. If this is indicative of their current customer service, my next car will likely not be a Tesla.

Horrible service, charge to diagnose but refuse to service and this was over a 3 day time span. Basically stole money. Not what one would expect at Tesla. They've definitely lost my business.Never had this kind of service at any other Tesla service center. One bad apple can spoil the barrel. Oh so true!

Managers Eddie and Johnathan provide terrible customer service. Pricing information was misrepresented and all they had was excuses. Neither one was taking responsibility and fixing the problem. They made mistakes and pretty much told me to be grateful to pay $400 over the price that was confirmed. Very unprofessional ... oh this shop does not provide a loaner , a shuttle, or any kind of ride assistance. I paid $900 for repairs and I received terrible customer service and no ride... unbelievable.

I had a horrible experience, dealing with Carlos and the team on Friday. I came in with Tesla Insurance and still had to pay $1000 to get my windshield replaced as they determined it was not able to be repaired even before they saw it. In addition to not providing any rentals rides or car washes I was able to pick up my vehicle later that afternoon only to find that they had damaged other portions of the interior of the car that required follow up appointments to be fixed, my car was full of bugs and greasy fingerprints, and the glass was in disarray. I could not even see out my windshield. I tried to get home overall I would recommend not bringing your car in for service here and if there is another option, use outside insurance to cover your vehicle.

New to Tesla but so far I love the car. Having driven ICE cars and trucks for the past 35 years the electric car is a huge step forward in being intuitive. This is like the 1920's for gas cars, and the future is amazing.

I am giving 5 stars for the service that my Tesla model 3 received at this Tesla service center. I was late for my service appointment but the service representatives helped me reschedule the appointment and found out that tires needed to be ordered for my car. I appreciated the service.

I had my car's headliners damaged when I had my car serviced at Tesla Costa Mesa. This time I had it serviced with Tesla Santa Ana and Eric definitely made this service a better experience for me! He went above and beyond and reassured me that everything was going to be carefully done and provided an accurate estimate regarding how long the servicing was going to take. He even went out of his way to see what could be done about other concerns I had briefly mentioned during our conversation. Thank you Eric and Santa Ana service team for allowing me to walk out a happy Tesla customer! Before this, I was hesitant on making a servicing appointment with concern that my car was going to be returned with more damage than it had come in with, but now I will gladly come back to Eric for any of my future appointments :-)

This location deserve 0 star if it could, i sent the car in cuz i was told the wheel is torsion which must be a manufacture defective at the first place since the material of wheel is too hard for a torsion to happen naturally and my Dad said the car is shaking when driving. After inspection, the technician only pinpoint the outside of the wheel scratch and another spot saying its damaged(which only shows a bit scratch, but not affect the shape of the wheel at all) BUT she did not even notice the torsion. I can even tell as a non-technician after the wheel replacement as pic. I even had the service advisor has technician drive it around to test the shaking, they said everything's good. After the replacement, when i got the replaced wheel, i personally point to advisor regarding the shape of the wheel(which is not even a round), and talking about the shaking, the manager said oh its because of the wheel, and we cannot cover it since its been 1 year, then why does the technician say nothing unusual and not even found the torsion that I mentioned at the first place??? how are we ganna know if we do not insist to replace the wheel and personally look at it??? your technician not even notice it or just hide it so that i have to pay for replacement. They just try anything excuse they can to charge the customer and avoid talking about the problems that they ignore/do not pay attention to.My family were considering to replace Mercedes to one more Tesla, now I do not want another Tesla in my garage any more. Thank you for helping me avoid making another mistake to buy Tesla....

A role model for other Tesla service centers. Came here on a Saturday morning (they open at 730a) to pair new key cards. Service was done quickly and efficiently. TIP: if you lose your key cards order them online and have them available before you go to the service center. They may not always have extras on hand.

Blew tire on freeway at night. Service Center was able to see me next day on short notice. Replaces 4 tires in one hour. A bit expensive but not unexpected. Great service.
