I've been shopping at this Target since before it was even a Target. It used to be Gemco. For many years this Target was a great store. A few years ago it started to get less product than other stores around. I have a hard time finding what I need at this Target. But the worst part are the employees. They are rude, disrespectful, and they DON'T CARE. If you try calling this Target to talk to a manager, it will never happen. They don't answer their phones. If you try to talk to someone at guest services about your situation, they will send other employees out from the back to come stare and gossip at the unhappy customer. The only thing you can do with Target, is call their 800 number and they take a report and nothing happens. So basically, I've spent thousands a year every year at Target, but it turns out they do not deserve my business. GOODBYE TARGET. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY THE WORST. If I acted like they do at my job, I wouldn't have one anymore. The way they treat customers is unacceptable.

I went to go look for star face compact mirror and I asked a lady for help and asked if she could check she was like if their not on shelf's they are not their but another and they did check but they didn't have any so she could have checked the back so that's why I am mad

Stopped at this Target location a few weeks ago, and it was nice. We shopped for a little bit of things here. Nice clean location and good customer service. Might start coming here a little often. Not too far from Fountain Valley.

Great job order pick up! You managed to pick every single rotten avocado and place it in my order. I literally picked these up came home and cut them open to see this how fucking nasty.

Negative 100 stars fitting rooms closed it's ridiculous how are you supposed to try on clothes to see if it's the right size or look they said it opens at noon I'm here a few minutes before and that's the answer I get not oh somebody will be on working duty in a few minutes like they hate me for wanting to try on the clothes so I left my cart full of clothes for my son and I taking my business elsewhere will never shop here in the future get better employees that like their job or hire happy employees

I want to say that I love target! Don’t get me wrong it’s my retail therapy of choice. However, this location specifically - always a mess and they never have their fitting rooms open. I don't like buying just return an item. Just doesn’t make shopping here enjoyable.

I’ll start by saying that Target is a very nice and generous shopping place to go into with very beautiful assortment of Holiday decors and other cute things with reasonable prices; and for the fact that it has a bathroom and a water fountain for its shoppers.But this is one of the unfortunate Targets situated in an area that is- for lack of a better word- GHETTO. Dear Target, please invest in security that will also provide some privacy in your bathrooms and for the sake of your unfortunate employees having to deal with this. As you can see in the picture, this is the male bathroom. Just look at the picture and you’ll see that this is what a lot of “males of Certain Demographic” do to an establishment. They are a bunch of unruly ingrates already allowed in this country, let alone in a shop that freely provided them bathrooms and water- and this is what they turn it into. To the parents of these males of “certain demographic”, you should be ashamed of yourselves for raising males like these. Yup ladies, one look at the men’s restroom and you’ll see these are the men and the life you’re marrying into- a lifetime of dirty toilet seats and a husband who can’t piss properly where he should.

Stood in line with at least six other customers while the customer at the register worked to find a digital coupon on her phone, then debate the validity of the coupon with the cashier, and then eventually pull up the payment app. It took at least ten minutes, during which time the line continued to grow. No manager walking around to check on customer or cashier needs. If one is trying to avoid Walmart and the mall, all that remains is Target. Too bad. I won't be shopping there anytime soon.

This one employee at self checkout wouldn’t leave me alone , and treated me as if I was a criminal . it was blatant discrimination and was humiliating. This woman was so rude I never want to go back. Caucasian lady with glasses I didn’t get her name .

Placed an online order waited for almost a week. Today I tried calling their store several times but was never answered, I wanted to make sure that I would be able to get a full refund on the item I never received bcs I filed the issue on their store website. Js hoped that Id have confirmation from them that It went through and making sure I would get my money back.

Worst customer service by a so called store manager name Rachel I asked her a simple question regarding a store merchandise and she told she didn't have time right now I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager I'm never going back to that target no customer service at all and too dirty the employees are running talking on there cell phones no supervision the so called manager Rachel hiding in the back room
