Worst customer service by a so called store manager name Rachel I asked her a simple question regarding a store merchandise and she told she didn't have time right now I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager I'm never going back to that target no customer service at all and too dirty the employees are running talking on there cell phones no supervision the so called manager Rachel hiding in the back room

The service here is the worse, whenever I go there are hardly any cashiers and a huge line for self checkout. I am currently sick so my brother just went to pick up my order(never did I see an id had to be presented) I put his name under my order as well but they asked for his id. So I called to verify that he was there I called about 11 times and not once did they pickup. Now I have to go in myself and I will update if they end up asking me for an id

This target has horrible management we waited 20 mins in line just to pay for our things that kept saying on radio for back up and nothing ever came in very disappointed and probably will never return to this store

This Target is off 17th and Grand in a busy area of town. It's been remodeled and I think it's great. The store's clean and modern, I don't believe it has an Ulta inside of it, but their grocery section is always fully stocked. Parking's not bad here and there's minimal transients for some weird reason. Definitely a community Target location as there's tons of people living and working in the area.

Today I went to target for a curbside pick up and had a horrible experience with a woman brining out my order. Unfortunately I did not get her name but I picked up at about 8:35am. When I got there she very rudely told me next time to say I'm on my way before getting to the store. I responded just telling her oh I did and she got hostile and was arguing with me that I didn't and they had cameras that saw that I didn't. I was so caught off guard by this because I knew what I did so I'm not sure if there was a glitch on the app or what but I can not believe she was that rude and Argumentative with a customer. If you hate your job so much just leave and find something better suited for you. Target should be ashamed to have someone working like this. I never complain especially about retail worker because I know what they deal with but this experience really rubbed me wrong.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT THIS LOCATION!!!!Bought 5 $10 Target gift cards here only to learn that they had been used.!! While in perfect condition, I noticed they were glued a bit extra to the cardboard making the silver scratch area hard to access because of the glue. Upon removal, it was apparent the area had been scratched so that part of the bar code was visible. Customer service inside the store referred me to the 1-800 number. So glad I investigated prior to gifting these. So frustrated that they need to conduct an investigation prior to issuing my replacements though. BUYERS BEWARE!!UPDATE: while I was advised I would be contacted via email to provide additional details, photos and copy of receipt, I did not receive said email. Instead, I received an email approximately seven hours later confirming the fraud and advising me replacement cards were in the mail.

They are unaware of their own promotions, they would not honor their promotion and would not go to the produce section to look at it. Took me 20 minutes to get rung up. Train your associates.

Even after Christmas, the store was clean and clear. Merchandise was low but that was to be expected. Crew did look tired but put on a cheerful face. I'll keep shopping at Target.

Just went in to do a quick return. Two girls at the return desk were so busy shopping for a purse for themselves that they barely gave me faster service. The girl that waited on me was absolutely no help whatsoever and very rude. I won't go back to the store again.

This target is the most inefficient target I've ever been to. There's always lines here and not enough cashiers ringing ppl up. I just don't understand ad why there's so many registers and they are never utilized. This target needs to change. I hate that I have to wait 10-15mins to just ring up one thing on the self register.

this is one of the best targets that I have been to. The quality of the air inside this target is better than many others. but one of my negatives is the chip aisle has a bad Selection of chips because the chips are never in stock and all the good chips are always out. they have a good seasonal section as it is always in stock and always early coming, but their paints in the arts and craft section are over priced. The bathrooms are quite smelly but they are clean. and the back of the toy section is always messy but it adds character. I obviously recommend you to come here because it's the best target possible in orange county .. thank you and amen

I placed an order on 9/2 at about 9:30pm & didn't realize they closed at 10pm. When I ordered the item it stated would be ready by 11:30pm. So I proceeded. After realizing the order was placed for the following morning I thought ok, let me attempt to go in that morning to see if I can happen to get it before work. I waited in the parking lot from 7:45am 9/3 until they opened to ask & see if I could pick it up. I approached the guest services area & asked the lady who was there. She had short hair kind of wavy. Lady laughed & smiled with a rude smirk stating that "No you can't". I even offered to pick it up from the floor to see if she can process it. She smirked & said no. No "hey I'm so sorry I am unable to as I have quite a few orders ahead of you" or "sorry it's protocol". Just a smirk like "no". You can cancel the order & purchase it & grab it from the floor. (I didn't do that as there also was an extra 10% off through the app). Wow...I don't recall Target ever having that attitude. Ok great. I'll have to return in 2 hours to pick the item up as she didn't want to work with me. & I understand, if it's protocol then by all means, but could careless is the attitude I received from her. Really sucks as I am a HUGE Target person & I even worked for Target years ago. The smirk was what threw me off. She could have cared less & simply said no. I left. Rushed to work to be there by 8:15am. At 9:45am I received a notification that my order was ready for pick up. Great. I rushed over. Head to guest service. There was another young woman there. She took my code & said ok we have to get it off the floor. The lady (who said no earlier) said she would go grab it. She grabbed my cart & went to grab my item. IN TURN MY ITEM BASICALLY WAS NOT READY! I was livid & had to hurry back to work as I work by appts. She brings me the cart & I notice there's a dent (the box was ripped in half. & she claimed she didn't have another one. I HAD NO TIME FOR THIS BS & asked what the policy was in returning it if it was damaged. She said I had time in case. I rushed back to work & had to open the box. Luckily the product was ok. Nothing wrong. Now...today is the 9/4 & after letting myself cool off & speaking to other people about it, I was told to make a formal complaint to corporate. I will be considering it, however I just think this person (being in the guest services section) should be more guest service like. The 2 star left was due to the other nicer young lady who was cheery & polite. I'm going to steer far from this location.
