Doggy makeover heaven! We love taking our pup, Belle, grooming with Melody. There is a particular hairstyle I want my puppy to have, and Melody does a great job at executing the style. She is also great at going over in details of what she will be doing with the haircut. Belle looks amazing every time! Not only that, but Belle smells amazing each time, and her hair is so silky. Thank you Melody! My husband has been taking her in, but I can't wait to meet you one day! Posting a before and after pic to show the amazing transformation after months of no grooming

Very Happy I found this place!!!I brought my Luna for her first haircut last month. I was a little nervous because she is extremely hyper lol, but Melody did an amazing job!! Melody does an AMAZING job, and is so good to work with. I've had issues in the past with my spaniel mix getting an even shave/cut. Melody is so detail oriented, and clearly is a master at the craft of grooming. I have found the best groomer ever.

This is my new favorite groomer. She asked the questions, I gave the answers, and she delivered!! I'm not too complex with how I like my dogs to look, just short, rounded face, shorter ears and tail. They like to roll around in their hair a lot so shorter was the way to go since they only get groomed every three months ish. And the bonus is she's only 5 minutes from my apartment! I will be back again, and again, and hopefully again.

Today was our first day - Melody was kind enough to squeeze my Harley in for a bath and trim since we wanted him nice and handsome for a party we are having tomorrow. Wow! She did a great job - Harley definitely was looking mighty handsome!! Melody said that Harley was a good boy, which was really nice to hear since it was his first time. And she was very sweet and kind so I'm sure he felt very comfortable with her! We stopped at a couple of stores after we picked Harley up and boy oh boy! Did he get a lot of attention!! His fur was so sparkly clean and he just looked so fresh! We will definitely be bringing Handsome Harley back!! *Oh and I really appreciated that she let me know that Harley's Ear was red -- which he is already taking medicine for, but I really liked that she pointed it out! Thanks Melody!!

The owner is a one woman show! I live in NYC and we came here for vacation. My fiancés mom spoke highly of her so we trusted her word.The owner does not have a warm personality and is straight forward but you can tell she’s caring of the pets that she grooms. We explained that Cali (6 month pup) had failed to be groomed before and can be squirmish. She let us know in advance that she may not be able to get through the cut if she’s too squirmish to avoid injury or trauma which we understood. She mentioned she’d call us early if she couldn’t get through her grooming. A few hrs later we came back to a trimmed pup!She mentioned she was squirmish but eventually calmed down and was able to get through the cut. She recommended we find someone who has lots of patience and years of experience with nervous pups which we’ll def do coming back to NYC.Highly recommend her!
