Used them for a company order of tshirts and hats. Robert was absolutely fantastic with helping me through the process. Our product came out, looking beyond fantastic with screen printing on the T-shirts and embroidery on our hats. I am beyond thankful to have found a great new vendor for our promotional needs. It was such a pleasure to work with Robert and his team. I contacted him in the midst of the holidays to have some custom pieces made, they were done in a timely manner, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work that they produced. They locked us in as long time customers.

Embroidery is not a business that you need often, but when you do it is important to find the best of the best and that is what you get with Supply Theory. From the initial contact, I requested information directly through Yelp, I was replied to in less than 20 mins which was a lot faster than I expected, Robert whom I emailed with was awesome to work with, and then both Roberts provided the best customer service throughout the process. Communication was always clear, extensive to ensure I received exactly what I ordered, quick, and very transparent when it came to cost. I would recommend Supply Theory and plan on using them for all of our embroidery needs.

I'm a nurse at a local hospital and was organizing unit jackets. Robert (owner) was responsive and reasonable in his pricing. The actual process of planning, designing, and having a final product took a couple months. We had an initial call to just talk about what I was looking for and ballpark estimate prices were given to me. From there out, his team made a jacket design that I loved and I was able to share that with my coworkers and had a sign up page open for about a month or so. Then, I gave him a list of orders for my unit that included personalized names, credentials, and different sizing for men's and women's. When time came to pay for the jackets there did end up being some unexpected increased cost, but after talking to Robert he waved them I'd recommend writing down quotes you talked about during conversations or saving emails so you remember what was included in those talks since lots of time passes between idea and delivery end product. Regardless, he worked with me to keep the price point that worked for me and that was very much appreciated I love my jacket! It's very high quality, colors are vibrant, and I get compliments on them everywhere I go. My coworkers love their jackets as well. When issues arose with jackets during initial wear or impression, he did not hesitate to get them remade at no cost to us. This included a jacket getting ripped, and getting embroidery for my manager getting redone to look more balanced. She had a lot of credentials and wanted them done in a specific manner. He told me he had to redo my manager's jacket 3 times to get it just right, and am so appreciative of the hard work and outcome Robert's been super helpful, responsive, and fair. If you're looking to get your clothings details done and a good price and great quality, I would definitely recommend Robert and his team!

I could not be happier with my experience with Supply Theory! My homeless service organization Friendship Shelter needed a quick turn around for our staff t-shirts, and Robert and his team came through. Despite several delays on our end, Robert worked tirelessly to make sure we had our shirts on time for our staff appreciation day. Everyone was incredibly happy with the look and quality of the shirts. Robert saved me a ton of stress personally by being flexible and helping come up with a solution to each issue that came up.

Supply Theory and Robert are the best of the best! I had just moved to the area and was looking for a print company to help me make apparel for my small business. Upon requesting a quote for my project, Robert replied almost immediately and moved the conversation to email where I was sent a quote within a day and received quick replies. Being 20 and not having any experience in this type business or process, I had a lot of questions for Robert and he answered them all in a timely manner and helped a lot! I came to the store in person to discuss the design and there were issues with my file that Robert helped me resolve. Not only that, but he gave me a ton of advice and tips that would help me in the future, something not many companies will do for you for FREE! Print quality was amazing and the project was done in a timely manner! Definitely reccommend Supply Theory and Robert for your screen printing needs.

So lucky to have found Supply Theory for our elementary school's screen printing needs! Robert went out of his way to accommodate our garment needs, price points and delivery times. When supply chain issues caused slow downs in production, he even shipped me our order over the holiday weekend to help ensure I could make the deadline I promised the families. I unfortunately didn't have the minimum limit needed for screen printing, so my review is based solely on my communication with the company, not the service. I contacted Supply Theory this morning about a potential (small) job. They got back to me within (literally) a few minutes, and were super helpful in their reply. I appreciate a business who is ready and waiting to help any potential customers with questions etc. I know how it is running a business and timely communication is crucial..so I give Supply Theory 5 stars for their awesome communication and time skills. If I should have an order in the future for their minimum, I will for sure call them back up.

If you're looking for a company for screen printing and embroidery, look no further. We ordered branded t-shirts and fitted company hats and both products turned out great!
