I’ve come here with one of my girlfriends to buy things before our outings out in the mountains. We bought a cooler, ice and drinks for our trip.”
“I love the fruit, very fresh and very clean, the fruit area, in short, all the store, the cold meats very good ? the butcher shop very good and fast, in short, I live a little far away, but boy, even there, it's worth it to go and compare”
“I came to get some fruit. They had a wide variety and I was able to get the items quickly. I used the app for coupons. Was able to pay quickly. The app can be confusing but glad I was able to use it.”

“This is my go-to grocery store when I make the trek out to OC to get my dog his treats aka "drug bags" as I call them. As far as overall grocery store, this store is like a 3 as it does not have as many items as other Asian grocery stores in the area, but for my dog stuff, it is a solid 5 star for me. I try to come out here once a month to stock up on items for my dog. The items I get for him are the beef bones with the marrow inside from the fresh meat section. I come all the way out here because the prices are insanely better than anything you can get at a pet store or butcher shop. I also like coming here because as the bones are not prepacked into a bag, I can tell the butcher which bones I want and not get weird odds and end pieces of bones. I always as for the round ones with the marrow in the middle. They used to be $1 a pound, but the last time I went, they are $1.29 a pound, which is still better than anything else I can get anywhere else. On average, the bones for my dog comes out to between 50-60 cents a bone, way less than an average price of $5 per fresh bone at a pet store!! Depending on how much room I have in the freezer and how many bones they have in stock, I usually get 20-30 bones for my furbaby which usually lasts him a good month or so. The other things I get for him here are the frozen smelt. They are only $1.88 a pound and I usually get him 4-5 trays. I also buy him the chicken gizzards and hearts which are usually also less than $2 a pound and 2-3 lbs of each will more than suffice for my boy. I freeze everything individually when I get home and pack them into little bags which I add to his meal for dinner and he loves them! Sometimes I also buy other meats from the butcher or seafood if they are on sale to cook for the hubby and me. As far as the produce, they do have a much smaller selection here than other Asian supermarkets and the prices are okay. Only a few items tend to be on sale, but for convenience I will sometimes just buy them here. However, If I am looking to actually shop for the hubby and I, I would pick another supermarket. This is my go-to grocery store for my furbaby! Oh they also have the best prices for coconut water here which I also always grab when I am here!”
“It was 930pm on a Tuesday, I needed 2 m-cap allen bolts & washers to fix a loose fairing on my Ducati. Both Home D & Low** did not have the sizes I needed. So I took a chance with this grocery/hardware store in Santa Ana.Pulled up right before they closed, and asked Sec Guard if they had these (pic of bolts needed). He pointed to this nice lady who walked me to isle with bolts. Wow, at least a 10x larger selection of fastners than HD & L's. She stayed with me and we must have looked in 50 drawers together, and she helped me find every bolt, washer and nut I needed! And the prices were less too. Sounds crazy but felt like i was in a store from the past. I would have given 6 stars if possible.”
“Good fresh produce department. I have found the green onions and fresh pineapple especially good. Good dairy department. Meat department is small but well stocked. There are one or two aisles with specials. I have found some very good items there at highly reduced prices. If you are accustomed to Aldi in Germany you will find this very similar. Americans should understand that the concept is very fair prices with minimal service. No butcher. Bag your own goods. Be prepared for occasional spot shortages. You can save money on the exact same products found at Vons or Ralph's. They do not have everything. That's just the way it is.”
