My 5-Star rating is for Stella! I had a nightmare of a week with my previous car suddenly breaking down and my only option left was to purchase a new car. I found the car I wanted and called in to see if if was still available. Stella was the first person I spoke with; she was super helpful right away! She practically helped seal the deal over the phone with her helpfulness and patience. I was stranded with no car to get to the dealership and once I mentioned that to Stella, she said she would call me an Uber right away. That was it! I couldn't say no and there was no more thinking about it. So thankful for Stella and Mason in Finance. It was the quickest car-buying experience I've ever had! I was out of there with my new car within an hour and half. Stella is the best, thanks again!!

Al was great. I requested a quote online, and Al contacted me later that day. He took a video of a build similar to what I requested but with more features, and gave me a quote at a discounted price. The pricing was the almost the lowest I got after 7-8 calls to other dealerships. He didn’t play any sales tricks or games, no pressuring, just straight up pricing written up. I had better pricing from another dealership that I had already been deep into discussions about by the time I connected with Al, so I ended up going with them instead. The two dealerships were neck and neck in terms of customer service and pricing, and the only reason I went with the other one was because they were first, and I didn’t feel right using each of them as leverage to further the price even more than I had already gotten it.
Although I didn’t end up purchasing from orange coast, they were great and I’d easily consider them in the future.
Edit/update: we ended up purchasing from them after all. The car we were waiting on was delayed, so we contacted Al to see if he had the same one in stock. He did, again was super helpful and prompt, sent me all the info I asked for, and gave me a great deal.
The experience when we got to the dealership was good as well. The finance manager Mason was great too. Super happy with this dealership!

I had a great experience leasing my new car, thanks to Al. As a sales manager with 15 years of experience, I’m always cautious when it comes to sales processes, especially after a few past bad experiences. However, Al was refreshingly transparent from the start. He took the time to understand my concerns and addressed them honestly, without any of the typical sales tactics. I genuinely felt he had my best interests at heart, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Even when I had gone to another dealer prior that day, Al is the one that made all the difference on my final decision.
If you’re looking for a straightforward and trustworthy experience, I highly recommend Al.

We had a fantastic experience at the Subaru dealership thanks to Kent Chinn. He went out of his way to secure the exact color we wanted from another dealership, making the whole process seamless. Kent was incredibly easy to work with and offered us a great deal on the car. The service was friendly, efficient, and we were in and out in less than an hour! Kent kept us informed every step of the way, and his communication was top-notch. Highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a Subaru!

Easiest purchase ever!!! No pressure, no pushy sales people. Only Polite, Respectful and knowledgeable ready to answer questions, thank you Jessie, Peter Perez who made it work, and even came in earlier to accommodate my busy schedule, and then Mason finalizing the deal or contract. I recently purchased a 2024 Crosstrek from this dealership. As a first time car owner, I found that I was lacking some of the experience necessary to understand what processes were involved. Kent was incredibly patient and transparent despite some difficulties in finance due to my own misunderstanding. My finance representative, I believe his name was Mason, was also kind and understanding about the extra work required on their end. I am very happy with the service I received. Even given the difficulties, we finished quickly and I left in a car I am happy with.
