Subaru Orange Coast Service is the best dealership service department I’ve had a vehicle serviced with. The intake of the vehicle, the diagnostic tools and shared information in real time, all the communication and care that goes into servicing your vehicle and the interaction with the professionals is exceptional.
Will mistakes and oversights happen? Of course. But in my experience — and you can look at the hundreds of other 5 star reviews and their near perfect 4.9 ⭐️ rating — the excellence of the service team minimizes the risk of those errors happening compared to the vast majority of other dealership service departments. The ratings speak for themselves.
