Total disappointment. I love the brand and when planning my visit to LA I had thought about taking several items, but despite the great diversity of products, the service is TERRIBLE. You'll find some notes around the store suggesting asking for help about items and sizes, but when I tried, I got some pink ones and responses like: If you have this one!!
I was so discouraged that I just took a t-shirt so I wouldn't miss the trip. Better hiring and/or training is much needed. A shame!

I love the Suavecita products! The lipsticks are great. The pomades have a nice scent and keep my hair in place. I highly recommend their products.

I purchase clothes from there online they send me a wrinkled used up sweater and it smell nasty has white hairs too I been trying to get a hold of them and they told me send photos but nor replying . DO NOT BUY HERE They take retuns from other people in bad condition and still try resale it to people.like that. Don't buy up to now customer service still dodging me and I don't know what to do with that sweater it sins in a box and my mony went down the toilet with yhem that areirresponsible don't cheecl what there shipping out to people they need to pay more attention what there working are doing and the return they are taking because then lead to more return like mine for example I got a bad sweater and they don't want to refund me

Yikes. So I want to start off by saying at first I wasn't going to write a review. I was just gonna take the L on this one and move on. So I ordered from Suavecito for the first time and they had an outrageously amazing deal so I ordered some pomade and a cool little switchblade comb (cause why not it's 1950 somewhere). After about a week and a half my package comes in. I'm excited so I open that boy up (notice it's feeling a little light) and see just a comb. Huh I say to myself as I check my shipping confirmation and double check my receipt. Yup, 2 items, pomade and comb, what happened? So I give them a call and the customer service rep customer services, explains to me that shortly after I ordered said pomade ir went out of stock. She said they couldn't find a substitute because it was basically on clearance so they couldn't swap it out. I say well that's strange my order manifest says two items still. She says on my end it says one. I say yeah can confirm only got one but why wasn't I notified like you all went through the trouble of looking for a substitute but then just sent the single comb and shrugged hoping I wouldn't notice? What gives? So she offers me a partial refund of more than I am owed (couldn't give me a full refund after all I did receive the comb I ordered but she offered to refund part of its cost) I say no no I'll pay full for the comb you're right I did receive the comb. I decided to brush it off and use my cool new comb. And this is what pushed me to write this review. The comb is trash. It is so cheaply made the thing rattles it's 95 percent dollar store plastic. Like this comb is I've had a bad day at the arcade and I'm just going to turn in what tickets I have for whatever prize they'll give me bad. Like those fancy quarter machines from back in the day that had bigger prizes so you put 4 quarters in at the same time and turned it cheap. The worst part is I was excited for my new hair stuff so I opted for priority shipping which is like the same cost as the comb so I paid double for the price of one garbage comb ?. Lame experience. Dropped an item from my shipment without saying a peep and delivered a terrible cheap comb. That's it for me.

Very cool store to shop at for your hair styling needs. Their selections of shirts is also amazing. I've seen how much they have expanded the store over the years and I'm excited to see what's to come.

Purchased a handful of various items and it took over 2 weeks for them to ship even though their guidelines stated on their website says: Typically shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. I am still waiting to receive the items and they also cancelled one of my items. No email, phone call, nothing. They just cancelled it. I have tried 2 times to contact them and they do not reply. Spend your money elsewhere, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I loved using there pomade been using it for years but all of sudden recently my head started getting itchy and dry when using this pomade, same with the beard products, as soon as put it on and in about a few hours my beard starts to itch, tried ther brands and y head or beard see to not itch id if tbey change there formula or iallergic to it now but im sad i cant use it anymore, cuz i had a ice collction going
