I found a low mileage 2103 Avalanche online for a reasonable price and came to the dealership to check it out. It had a clean record, looked great, and ran well. Melissa took me for the test drive and besides a few small issues they agreed to fix, Melissa and her manager Alex agreed on a price and did the deal that day.
After driving it for a week I noticed a squeak coming from the wheels. The dealership policy is that after a sale, they'll only cover 50 percent of drivetrain repairs, so I was prepared to have to pay for this wheel problem myself, but Alex the manager had the brakes replaced for me and the squeak is gone.
Having worked at a dealership before, I know he didn't have to fix the issue, so I'm so grateful for the exceptional service and the great truck. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I've been on the fence about my new truck for a while, especially with my credit not being the best. Christian and Jazmine put in work to get me the best price and the best rate possible. For what I spent on my truck I wouldn't even be able to get a lower trim package elsewhere. Purchase was smooth and I'm happier than ever.

After about a week of searching for a Honda Pilot, we found the perfect one for my family! Clean title, low mileage and for a great deal. Christian, our sales rep, was very helpful throughout the process and guided us every step of the way, especially for me since I was a first time buyer. I appreciate and thank him for being sincere and honest when it came to answering our questions. After long research on different used car dealerships I came across with Sterlin imports in Santa Ana they had the 2021 Ford Transit connect I needed for my small cleaning business and the buying process was great. Christian was the salesman I dealt with and he was very professional and answered all my questions along with financing department. I got a great deal and van is in great physical condition with low miles. They give you a 30 day or 1,000 miles warranty. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great deal and confidence of buying a used vehicle. Not many used car dealership like this one are left and they also provide the carfax report.

Christian is the guy who sold me my car. He knocked down the price by 500$. Took it for a test drive and the car was in a good condition. It had some corrosion on the surface of some parts but that is fine, as long as it’s only on the surface. The whole process of the paperwork took about 15-20 minutes. All the cars have clean titles and they also use CARFAX. Thanks Christian.
