Sorry guys, I had totally different experience from other reviewers. First of all, there is a language difficulties as he is from other country and he is the only person works there. I did not feel welcomed when I called and visited. He might be good skilled mechanic but definitely below average on customer service aspect. I would not go back or recommend this auto shop. I was recommended this shop, and I am so thankful for that. Kenji is amazing, honest, and works fast and efficiently. He is straight up with you from the get go with quotes and doesn't try to upsell you on anything. He takes care of everything from quotes, billing, reception, and shop technician. He does it all! My parents were visiting me from San Jose, so they didn't have a technician's info on hand down here. They had a battery replaced, but also the alternator was broken. We called Kenji, and he gave us a price and a recommendation to get AAA to tow the vehicle to the shop (so happy with this recommendation from him! This was smart!) Vehicle arrived to the shop, and Kenji texted us to let us know. He gave us an estimate of when he would finish, and was done exactly then. He finished fixing the vehicle by noon the next day, and mind you we had the car towed over at 5pm the night before. He is fast and we are so thankful! I can't recommend his shop enough, and we will definitely be seeing him again in the future!

Kenji was very professional and kept the communication line open throughout the process. His recommendations were honest and effective. I will go to Kenji as my first point of contact for all my repairs. Last time when I had a suspension issue, he was honest to tell me that someone else can offer a better pricing and equipment. He actually referred me to the other shop. I would prefer to stay with Kenji if it not an equipment limitation.

Thanks to Yelp for helping me to find Kenji. He is honest and does good work at a fair price. He is a one man show: runs reception, billing, and of course the mechanical fixes. Note: This is the type of place where you likely want to get a ride or Uber, there's not a great reception area to wait. So far I've taken our Prius for routine maintenance, and my aunt has taken her Camry to him for a major service. She reported to me that she had a great experience as well.

I got Kenji info from my coworker. I heard a lot of good things about him and today I got my brake fixed and he got it done so quickly and price is much cheaper than many places. Very honest guy and didn't try to sell you unnecessary services.

Kenji always does great work on my family's cars and is very honest and thorough. The prices are very reasonable too! Other shops or the dealer would charge way more for lower quality work. I know that when I bring my car here that it's going to be well taken care of. Thanks for all your hard work thus far!
