Locally owned and operated pizza restaurant located inside Orange County's hottest new food hall, Rodeo39 Public Market. We serve individual sized Detroit style pan pizzas that are 6.5"x6.5" and 1.5" thick. They weigh a little over a pound before toppings. We're not shy with our toppings either.
The two owners, Joleen and Conrad were 2 chefs responsible for Disney's Festivals and Special Events decided to join up and take their passion for food and focus on the best one, pizza! With them, they bring a rich culinary background of over 40 years, from working under Michelin starred chefs, winning international pizza competitions, and baking alongside the master bread bakers at Boudin Bakery.
