Customer service is horrible at responding. It's taken over 2 months to take care of one issue.

Bad workers comp providers -They are horrible at communication and ready to cancel the policy with ease. They simply don’t care about businesses they cover. They won’t call you to fix anything- pain to work with

Overall, a racket. The last straw is that instead of insuring you until 11:59pm on the last day of your policy, they insure you to 12:01am on the last day of your policy, which creates a host of issues. They do it so you'll stick with them and not leave to another carrier, but it backfired and only strengthened my resolve to ditch them. What a mess of a company.

Do NOT trust this company with your workers' comp insurance policy! They are a greedy operation, and way overcharge just so the CEO can make more than any other carrier. They have the worst management team who make the staff miserable so there is high turnaround with lots of cases shifted and moved, and an unreasonable workload for the staff. This causes delays and costly resolutions for business owners.

They are greedy, only concern about money, poor preparation of their auditors and inflexible, target small business owner without legal protection. Per law, business owners doing the job themselves they have the wave of WC, for example a cabinet maker has his own shop and builds cabinets himself , as a general contractor you hire him for a Job for 10K, even though this cabinet maker went to the project twice, one for measurement and other for installation, GC has to pay his WC for the full amount payable to him. Same thing with the counter top installation, those contradictories laws must to be changed. Inflexible on works report sheets per employee, a handyman, has to stop and write down the time he invest in each project if the class code change, so, not only have the skill on plumbing or electricity or painting, he has to be aware that his employer has to pay his WC depending on what they are doing. If they don't do it , WC charge for the highs class code. In my case $34.00 per each $100.00 that I paid in the whole year.
