I got this refresher at the John Wayne airport location. This drink looked pretty in the picture but just tasted nasty. Very disappointed.

The girl with the lash extensions giving out orders has a baddddd attitude. Butter was left out of my order so I went back and asked for some. She asked me three times if I checked the bag to make sure I hadn't received it. Ma'am I know what butter looks like the cashier, Julie, was lovely though!

The Starbucks on 5359 University Drive, in Irvine is open because it is one of the few with a drive thru line. We were able to order and then park in their parking lot and have a couple of hot drinks. One was a classic Hot Chocolate, the other was a decaf, nonfat Latte. Both were delicious.

I asked them to fix the drink they made incorrectly bc they kept talking over me while I was ordering it.. I then watched her add water and ice to my coffee instead of the foam I paid for? Wtf... like you need a manager or something here bc who knows what else is going on back there.

Sandwich was burned so bad it was black. They got my name wrong so I tried asking the girl if that was the sandwich I ordered and coffee and she rudely informed me that names were on the bag and continued to not answer my question. Then when everyone in front and behind me got their order I came up again and said "I think this is my order but the name is wrong and asked if the sandwich was the sandwich I ordered." The girl then responded what's your name and I told her and she says "yeah it's probably your order." Still never tells me what sandwich it was and continued to have a bad attitude like your not allowed to confirm what's in the bag is correct.

Every time I order a sandwich to be heated it takes forever. You would think with the constant traffic this store does they would get two machines or work on their efficiency. Don't order food if your in a hurry!

We were so grateful to find an SBUX near the rental car counters at John Wayne. After working all night and heading to Disneyland I need a fix. The line was short and the barista was quick. You were much appreciated, thanks Starbucks

Terrible service. Sooo slow. The employees are more interested in talking to each other about personal things than servicing the customers.

Sign says that they open at 6am. I showed up right at 6 and one of the employees told me that they would open at 6:15 today. I said that's fine and begin to wait around and at 6:10am another customer approached them and the employee said its gonna be like a 20 minute wait but terminal B is open. But she said it with an attitude like she was tired of people asking. No signs of managers or any care anywhere around here!

I ordered a tall iced blonde americano which is my usual during my lunch break. Next thing you know, people that ordered their drinks after me are getting theirs. Line also starts to die down around 1 PM. So, I stand up and kinda hover around the area where the drinks are picked up to soft signal that I'm there. 5 minutes passes by, and I ask the guy in front of the counter about my drink. He asks for my name, and in return asks the barista the status of my drink. She fills the americano and puts it on the counter. 5 minutes passes by while my drink just sits on the counter. I ask the barista if they can rush my order because I need to head back to work. She looks at my cup, reads my name on it, and says it will come out. After that, she doesn't touch my coffee but continues to leave it there! Another barista is working nearby, and now I ask him. That is when I realized he completely forgot my drink even though it was right next to him. He picks up my cup, puts ice in it, and hands it to me. Yes. I was waiting f****** 10 minutes just to have ice placed in the cup when I asked three employees on the status of my drink. Obviously I'm pretty pissed, and I mumble to myself. One of the baristas (who calls out peoples names when drinks are ready and the first employee I've talked to) hears me and says "what?" in a confrontational way. Dude is trying to flex when I have a reason to be pissed. I obviously vented my frustrations at him, and all he says is "well, we are busy." I told him so was I, and what's funny is the line died down while I was waiting. He just waves me off saying "well, it's not going to happen again." I was furious at this point, and I was going to ask the names of these three employees, but my coworker talked me out of it.

If I can do zero stars I would. customer service here is terrible (AMY) is the worst one of all when it comes to customer service she is extremely rude! I cannot express how RUDE and unprofessional she is not only to myself but to everyone ,I've seen her interact with other customers she is very impatient with people and you can just hear the frustration in her voice as she takes peoples orders. I work at the airport so I've seen it happen way to much! Not worth spending my money here. I just rather drive to a nearby Starbucks outside the airport, During my 30min breaks, than to order from this location again.

thank goodness i wasn't in a hurry service is amazingly slow. its not to hard to fill a cup with ice and pour 3 shots over it. apparently it is

I worked for Starbucks for 4 years, various stores across Southern California. This has SOME of the WORST baristas ever. Customer service is not their strong suit. I don’t usually leave reviews but just finished this order and the girl had such an attitude I decided to leave a review. —— horrible horrible service, the drinks aren’t made according to sbux guidelines, bad attitude, customers next to me we’re becoming upset as well. Considering they charge a premium because of being in an airport you’d think you’d get what you pay for. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had to repeat my order more then a few times but overall it was a Starbucks. Nothing spectacular but I got my drink as ordered and quickly.
