This place never gave me a issue so I was shock by today. I order my drink on the drive way asked if I was able to do one more order in cashier window (basically ordering one more drink that was the exact same as the rest it wasn’t different) told me yes but I was gonna have to pick it up inside. I paid I didn’t mind so walked inside 5 mins pass.. 10 mins pass 15mins pass..? Just went to cashier to cancel that order lovely cashier didnt a fuzz toRefund me. But Jesus Christ ..

Like many of the other reviewers state, the drive thru service is awful. They have a bad attitude the moment you pull up to the window. This evening, i pulled in to drive thru at 5:50pm and ordered at 5:55pm using a $3 drink special valid till 6pm and a snack. I also told the person i wanted to use this special which she said had to be scanned. The car in front of me was slow (there was no other business, no customers inside). When I finally pulled up to the window at 5:59pm, she ignored me until 6:01pm and then opened the window and said I was too late to use the special (with an attitude too). Naturally, i declined the drink, snack and drove on. They apparently don't need my business.

I went through drive thru and they made my order iced instead of hot. It was half off drinks & they usually tell you the total right at the window. The barista VANIA said,”it’s only half off if you scan the app.” Actually, no VANIA, it’s not. It should automatically happen. It’s like she’s saving Starbucks’ money….it’s not going into your pocket VANIA. Chill.The worst tho? I saw VANIA dump my iced matcha latte in the sink. Starbucks usually hands over the messed up drink as an apology but fine, that’s okay that you didn’t. But to throw it away and not give it to someone else OR a homeless person is just so sad. People are struggling. Times are tough. Make someone’s day and Give someone that damn drink, but no VANIA, you just had to waste a perfectly good drink.I go to this Starbucks often & I’ve never seen VANIA before. All I know is that she needs to go or you’ll lose another customer.

the app said my order will be ready in 6 minutes, I was at the store waiting for almost 20 minutes. There are no other customer, no car at the drive through, and 3 baristas there. 1 barista was making drink slowing while chatting with others. 2 other baristas just standing there and doing nothing.very bad service and bad quality of drinks. don't go there.

They kept singing there was fight outside and they spilled the drink on my head.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN ?? I got a refresher. It was fine. But drive-thru service was more slow than usual. When I finally got to the window, I waited there for 4 minutes before anyone even looked at me. The while time my drink was just sitting there. They put together drinks and food item for the next few orders...they were just lining them up and mine continued to just sit there. Also, I hate how people have no idea how to count back change, or know how to hand you change without coins rolling all over. Also, this location always has transients. Today's was circling my car while I was at the window. They should have a security prrsence.

Don't go here in the morning. They cannot handle the rush. I just waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. Finally canceled my order.
