This store is so proactive! I just came in wanting to exchange two canisters for soda stream, and Adreian immediately jumped into action even before we stepped foot into the store. Cesar, who rung us up, was so on it he flipped to the soda stream QR code and we didn't need to ask. This is truly what customer service is about! Robots can't replace this!

Super Kudos to Celeste at the " Copy & Print" area!!! She not only provided us great customer service, always with a beautiful smile, but answered all my printing questions. She is very knowledgeable and has great people skills. She is a great asset to Staples staff!! She deserves to be recognized ? ✨.

I arrived around two minutes before closing. As I was walking up and realized there was someone closing the doors. I said oh you’re closing early? And he looked at another employee with long dark hair that said yes sorry we’re closed. I said I’ve just got to drop off an Amazon order return it shouldn’t take longer than 30 seconds. He again said sorry we’re already closed to which I said fine I’ll just have to make this known online and he just shrugged and said go for it.

Very bad experience, I tried to get copies by email, there was no desire to help, they seem apathetic, without will, they are not ready to help, it took about 25 minutes, and they do not help, they do it reluctantly and badly, at the same time In the end I didn't print anything

Very good place and a little cheaper than other places, the attention needs to be improved by adding one Two extra workers to help other than that everything is very good.

The staff here is extremely friendly and very helpful. Rosario in printing has been able to help me with my printing needs on multiple occasions.
If one staff isnt able to help they will call another who is more knowledgable which is admirable and does customer justice.
I always like having Rosario help me becasue she is just amazing at what she does and a great attitude towards everyone and everything. but in general all of the staff here is great.

Came today to buy two file cabinets, got approached by a gentleman by the name of Seth. He was so friendly and helpful for me to find the right file cabinet for our law office. He even ring me up VIP where I had to not wait in line and also help me load the cabinet into the car.. that kind of level of service deserves not only a raise, but a promotion! Staples you should be proud to have somebody like this!

Walked in to return Amazon package via UPS but no one available to assist. Noticed the only young lady in this section sitting in front of computer browsing internet instead of assisting customers. I guess good help is hard to find.

Seth was super helpful in selecting the right ink cartridges for me. He then referred me to claim the free rewards program. Cesar checked me out with my ink cartridges and was very patient as I created my account. Very nice service and didn't expect all the help I got.

Placed an order for printing online and went in to pick it up. I ended up placing two orders because I realized I needed more copies. I also placed an order online for a plastic sign holder and was able to pick that up in store at the same time. The store was not busy when I went in and did not have to wait at the print center or at the register. Friendly, competent staff.
