I came here for Amazon return. Few hours later I decided to leave the plaza but can't find the car key. When I walked by, staple man walked out and asked if that was my keys. I didn't even remember Webber it went. Thank you for your kind heart.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Lady behind the amazon help desk had the most negative energy and attitude. Waited for me to acknowledge her standing at the desk and gave attitude when I asked how to retrieve QR code for returns. Don't work at a job that deals with customers if you can't fix your attitude.

My husband has one of those newfangled work laptops with only one USB port on the side, which worked out well enough until he needed a new keyboard, which then required more ports. We did a bunch of research on which dongle was necessary, then zipped over to this store location to make a purchase. The salesgal was terrific. She asked to see the online web price on my husband's phone, then price-matched it for us. Saved us a decent amount of money. The product works as intended with zero fuss for installation and start-up. We're grateful for her exceptional service. Had to dock a star for not having more than one dongle in stock. In this area, densely populated by homes, apartments, and multistory office buildings plus local colleges and universities, it'd be a smart bet to keep more of these in store.

This location never answers the phone. I tried multiple times to get support to file a claim since they lost my package the same day I dropped it off. I waited patiently for weeks for an update and there is still no information for my package. Never using UPS again.

Took a teenage male child here to get some school supplies. He did not find a pencil box/case he liked or wanted. Nor did he find a suitable backpack. But, otherwise, we were able to pick up the basics - notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, highlighters, etc.

don't apply to work here. Had an interview, went in on time and waited 45 minutes to be interviewed, the sales manager said he wanted to wait for the store manager to come back,the store manager came back like 10 mins later and i was still waiting and there was even a point where i was a standing in front of the sales manager looking at each other and he's just standing there. This job is also a sales job, during the interview i had, they talked about how you have to meet sales goals but there's no commission, i really only needed a quick paycheck but took them almost two weeks to get back to me on top of that they're short staffed so like it shouldn't have taken two weeks at all. Not attentive at all

I was in Staples in Santa Ana yesterday and received the best service from a group of young adults. They were working in a group with their manager who was helping them to learn how to organize the displays.It seemed the young adults seemed to have various disabilities, yet their ability to related to customers is excellent.To the manager of this store.. great job on hiring. In our world of modern conveniences with ordering online...I will get in my car, make the drive and always shop in your store.I hope more businesses follow your example and commitment to our community!!!! We

I've had some good experiences in the past at this location. This time I made an online order and it was ready for pickup before the scheduled time which helped. It was my first time ordering online and there were some concerns and confusion with the visual layout preview and the default options. There were no arguments and my concerns were addressed with honest consideration and courtesy. I greatly appreciated the dialogue and time to listen and understand. I felt valued as a customer.

Went in to look for school supplies in a rush. The store is very easy to navigate. It is well kept and the staff is very friendly! The area outside the store, however, is something else. I've shopped here regularly with no problems but I have witnessed Karens (haha coincidentally I recognize one of them down here!) and aggressive/loud customers giving the staff issues. Best of luck to this store!

Was just in this office supply store. Place was empty. When I went to pay the advertised deal did not show up. I asked to speak to a manager the cashier told me that they were too busy and if I wanted I could go back and take a picture of the shelf to show her!

I came to the Copy and Print section in the right side when you enter. I had to get a couple business paperwork laminated and the person working there (didn't catch her name) assisting me was so sweet & willing to help. She even allowed me to laminate small papers for free. Such great customer service!

If you're coming to the Staples look for this friendly little face Ms Cynthia was here as soon as we came in. My family was behind in trying to make bulletins to burry my mom's husband and Cynthia was right there to help my mom and put her at ease she's nothing short of amazing and a jewel to Staples Thankyou Cynthia for your help and contributions taking all 3 of our purchases as well as really maning the fort for others #weApreciateYou

I hate that this is the closest Staples to my office because if you need anything business related and are on a time crunch, this is the worst only option. You would think that since they're a business supply company they would understand that businesses are in need of things in a timely manner. Most of the workers here have adopted an "I don't give a crap I just work here mentality" which is cool but go work at a restaurant or something where your attitude won't affect my ability to get my work done on a deadline. I'm just trying to make my bread and butter, no reason to have a crappy attitude while you're making yours.After 75 questions do you understand the program to print myself and coming up with a solution on my own, Eddie the manager actually helped me out efficiently which was nice, but he wasn't exactly happy to have to

Danielle was great, super kind and helpful in helping me review and print this gift for my anniversary. She greeted me quickly and knew exactly what she was doing and what to recommend. This Staples print shop has always been very reliable.
