DO NOT go see Dr.Lisa Pitino she has ZERO compassion,I needed some xtra pain meds because I was very sick.Doctors have the power to release meds early if you need them.That being said ,She said I could get them 1 day early in spite of my pleading and basically begging for help-She could see on my chart my issues So I wasn't asking for no reason ( or to get high) SHAME ON HER she shouldn't be a DOCTOR SHE DONT even deserve 1 star BEWARE

This place is horrible. I made an appointment to be checked out.... I am not one to typically write bad reviews, but you will wait here till the end of time. Never in my life had I had to wait at a doctors appointment for as I have here. I ended up leaving because they couldn't help me out in a reasonable time. I am Extremely disappointed with this place. Bad service in my opinion equals to bad care.

Horrible group. Impossible to reach the office. I've been waiting and waiting for over a week for a call about my sons physical. Not one call back to tell me anything. I've called multiple times and can never reach the main office, just gate keepers. Absolutely horrendous. Can't get any appointments in any sort of proper time period. Absolute garbage. Don't recommend this group. Can't wait to find another group.

I have been a patient of Dr Curtis for over 30 years beginning when she had her own private practice & followed her when she moved to St Joseph Heritage Healthcare. I have always trusted Dr Curtis's judgement & approach to healthcare. I have however, always hated the patient management provided by St Joseph. It is next to impossible to get an appointment when you are actually sick & need your physician. My last interaction with this office is the last straw. Dr prescribed medication to my pharmacy with an error. My pharmacy could not legally fill the prescription due to this in their words, easily identified error. They called the Drs office right away for correction & was told that it would be corrected by the end of the day. It was not & after repeated calls from my pharmacy & myself the next day looking for clarification & correction, we, (the pharmacy & I,) were ghosted. This was for an antibiotic, not a pain reliever or controlled substance. I also asked for a callback which I have never received. On my final call on the third day, the receptionist said she had sent messages to the Dr & had done all she could. This forced me to go to an urgent care facility where I received even worse care. I understand these are difficult times for Drs offices but if she could not personally take care of their error, they should have had another Dr correct the easily corrected error. Unbelievably unprofessional behavior from a physician at a time when her patient was having a potential health crisis. I will be looking for another Primary Care Physician & cannot recommend this group.

Nice drop-off at entry doors with benches available just outside if waiting for pick-up afterwards. A front desk for direction; also directories on wall. Parking structure plenty of parking. Xrays done quick and efficient on-the-spot just before my dr appointment.

Lots of parking large facility so not handicap friendly. Even getting dropped off you still need to walk a ways to get to your appointment.

I had an lab appointment at 9:30 am and. I’m still waiting after 10:02 am and the excuse were new system and there’s still 2 more patients ahead of me . What’s the point to have appointments then, they should either move the appointment by calling the patient ahead of time , if they cannot handle it.

.The worst medical service, their Doctors do not get back with you on very important medical treatment. It has been two weeks and several faxes from the pharmacy alongside my calls to have them talk to me. Then I am told they sent the Doctor a message and they will get back to us . Looking for new Doctors and medical providers.

This lab is AWFUL. I had a 10am appointment and finally got my blood taken at 10:45am. They first told me downstairs that they were busy and running behind but when I got to the 3rd floor lab, there was only 1 person waiting. He was finally taken and then he left and I still sat and sat. I finally went to the desk and asked how much longer. They sent me into the back and no one was there, not even the person taking the blood. I won't be going back there. My doctor can send me to another place or not ask me to get my blood drawn.
