The manager was very rude. I had bought something and it ripped on its own. Not even a ten dollar item and I just asked for an exchange. The manager was appalled I even asked. Not the customer service you want in a manager. 0/5

I can see how people can have mixed reviews coming here. The selection is small and service is a hit or a miss. The store is small with a few teams and player jerseys mixed in with some rando ones. They will miss the mark completely or have what you want. No in between. However, for my Friday evening (20 mins before closing) shopping excursion they had what I needed. My son wanted a Matt Chapman Jersey and nothing else would work. We all walked in and one of the two associates (younger guy) greeted us after he finished helping with another guest. The manager or more senior employee just stared at the people in the store and worked around the cashier. The younger guy was courteous and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he asked the more senior employee. He helped us locate what we needed and thanked us for coming in. Happy KID equals happy PARENT and that means good review for the most part.

I went to the store today with hopes to buy a new NFL football jersey and a hat to match it. My plan was to return a pair of $16 slippers that were given to me as a gift and with that money I will put it towards my jersey and my hat unfortunately the guy working the counter was so rude and unwilling to help me out. I was so upset by this I chose not to return the slippers and took my business elsewhere. I ended up spending $259 at another sports store in the mall. I hope the store manager reads this post because when I asked to speak a manager the same guy told me the manager wouldn't be interested in helping me out. I felt discriminated against since the moment I walked in the store and it seems like this place has a bad reputation for customer service.

No good customer service. Employees didn't make an effort to help me look for a particular Jersey. The employee was just on his phone the whole time.
