More like speedy to close, was there 2 minutes before close and thru denied me service. I got off work close to close and couldn't cone earlier and pay a subscription. Unacceptable service that I can apparently thank Manager Mike for for instruction the car was to close early. As a car wasservice with a subscription, it is incredibly audacious for the girl on site to tell me to go get a car wash across the street, lady, that isn't the service that I pay for. Ridiculous.

Been coming to this car wash for years. Lately the attendants have not been trained on guiding drivers on lining up their tires with the tracks. This is especially important when driving in from the closest lane which is a sharper turn. They'll have their back to you doing something else or barely direct as you pull in. They let the metal railings knock the wheels into place whereas before the attendants would always direct you to turn right or left for a smooth drive onto the track. I know the alignment on the car is off after coming here several times. The last time my car squeaked for a good five seconds when it first entered the wash cause I didn't know if the tires were straightened or not. I'm sure it's not good for their equipment as well. I'm surprised they don't direct the drivers anymore like prior years.

This place has gone down hill in the past year.I have been a subscriber to the ultimate wash plan for multiple years.The last 5 visits, the system does not successfully scan my car RFID.It hangs up trying to scan my license plate number, but for some reason that is not "in our system." Every time, the poor attendant has to do some sort of override.I took to making a phone call and left a detailed message. No call back.I took to leaving a detailed message through the web-based communication form. No e-mail, no call back.My account keeps getting charged every month successfully; but I am ready to cancel and go to the fancy new place that is even closer to home.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I went in for a car wash about 3 weeks ago. There was a malfunction and the truck ahead of me stopped and I was forced into him. Things came to a halt so I was told to go through again. The wash turned out fine. But, the episode with the truck dislodged a portion of the front bumper. I've been trying to have the employees research the pits to try and locate this piece. They haven't taken the time to do this . So I've asked if they would pay for a replacement. Nope flat out won't do that.Not a good way to provide good service.

I come here once a week, and every time I do I experience the best, most efficient and effective wash with great value every time. Mia is great, and very helpful to not just me, but to all customers. The rest of the staff here is very well rounded! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wash!

I chose to go here after reading the reviews about customer service and because they're open after 6 pm. I'm so glad I did.The assistant manager Edwin was extremely helpful and added tire shine to my tires himself after the automated rollers malfunctioned.He was very kind about it. I'll definitely be back. Good customer service is hard to find !

I've been coming here for 10+ years and in the last year they have doubled the prices and cut the quality of the wash. Now they don't spray water on your car throughout the wash, water only sprays once at the very end of the wash so your car is still left with soap and dirt residue. And the limited water they do use now leaves water spots. I will never be coming back

I liked that at this car wash, they manually wash your windshield and their vacuums are pretty powerful.

The actual wash didn't even get the pollen spots off my Jeep. The vacuums didn't suck, and that's not a good thing. And the air hoses didn't even work. So yeah, 1 star.

Car was still wet. First attendant was cool and immediately said I could run it through again and get the "higher dry". Waited at gate and a 2nd attendant came to argue that it happens all the time and my car isn't dry because I got the $9 wash. Unacceptable. Came out wet a 2nd time. They raised the prices and somehow have worse equipment. Glad I didn't buy the monthly membership. Never going back.

It is a basic exterior car wash. Better than hosing it off with a garden hose or a self service car wash. If you have time, I recommend manually using a spray bottle of 50/50 vinegar and water with a microfiber cloth for window glass, interior any thing left in the exterior.
