8 people eating. Only 2 employees serving people. The people getting serviced have been being helped for the last 1/2 hour. Expect to be here forever if I decide to wait. Hire more people! This is ridiculous

I have been to many Spectrum locations and this location is my favorite. Super easy, in and out. I made an appointment online, which I highly suggest. I wanted to add a new line and JC helped with great service and was super patient with me.
