TERRIBLE SERVICE Do not go unless you want your skin to be glued to the acrylics, want the bacteria from the person before you, or want to stared at my Kevin. I went with Kevin to get my acrylics and he wouldn't stop staring at me and telling me I had a pretty face in such a creepy manner. When he started on my nails I noticed he didn't switch out his gloves -- his gloves were dirty with holes in them!!. Kevin didn't clean my nails and left cuticles as is. He proceeded to glue on acrylics that didn't fit my nail bed. I told him the acrylics he chose didnt and he decided to put even more glue and let the glue bleed over to my skin!! So, at that point not only did I acrylic nails bigger than my actual nail bed but he was GLUEING my skin to the acrylic!!! He noticed the glue had dried so he acted like he "filed" the sides. Little after, i see he is lifting the nails. I thought he was going to fix them or start over but NO.. he took part of the acrylic off and told me he had an appointment lined up and turned off his desk lamp... there was no one at salon. The salon was DEAD, they were about to close. I sat there confused with glue on every finger and part of the acrylic on my nails bc he didn't properly remove them. What the actual fuck. I now have to go to a different place to detach my skin from the acrylic nail he left. I tried to take some of it off but I still was left with acrylic glued on. Please save yourself your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is very unprofessional, dirty, and creepy.

I don't have a experience in this place since they were busy Im and I decided to go somewhere else. The place is okay but Metro nails is even better. Again I don't know how they do their work here but it wasn't as nice as the other place i found.

BEWARE… After Kevin removed my acrylic nails, he did it so roughly that he ended up pulling off a piece of my real nail right in the center. He was mad at me yelling at me saying I wasted his time just because I told him that he could not proceed with adding the powder and acrylic over the open cut because I might get it infected. I was flabbergasted I could not believe he tried to reverse it at me as if it was my fault. I am proceeding with reporting and complaining to the Better Business Bureau BBB. Kevin is the worst. After removing my acrylic nails, he yanked the center part of my real nail making it bleed. He wanted to continue with adding a new set and I had to stop him telling him I'd need to be back another day because it can get infected. He started yelling at me telling me I wasted his time. Like WTF!!! Beware
