Jenny was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was patient with me through the whole process of a custom ring, as well as communicative and kind. Prices were very reasonable and I am beyond satisfied.

Incredibly rude service. If you plan on coming here make sure to dress to impress otherwise don't even expect eye contact. The jeweler is rude and doesn't care about what you're looking for. He wants to overcharge you and kick you out the door as soon as you're done paying. I'm shocked this place has any good reviews.

I was looking for that Special ring to celebrate 25 years of marriage. We weren't having very good luck but heard of South Coast Jeweler from a friend, and Jenny the owner. She took the time to show us many styles, and prices of rings... so many beautiful rings! Eventually we found it, and we couldn't be happier with the service, quality and price. Jenny and her associate were excellent, and even cleaned my wife's wedding ring!!! I will definitely do all my future jewelry shopping at South Coast Jeweler.

Jenny is the best. I was able to find the right setting from an existing stone and the result looked great. They were even able to make a small sizing adjustment to the ring onsite while we waited. This is the second time doing business with SCJ and had a great experience both times.

I purchased a diamond plated pendant with a rose gold necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas and was nothing but impressed by Jenny and her staff. When I walked into the store Jenny immediately helped me. I told her what I was looking for my girlfriend's tastes, her style and my price range. Jenny showed many a number of wonderful options for which I was able to narrow down to two. I originally selected another diamond pendant with a white gold chain to purchase. A day later I realized I selected the wrong one for my girlfriend. I went back two days later and Jenny swapped out the pendant and necklace for the option that better suited my girlfriend. She had her staff wrap the pendant in a beautiful Christmas presentation that my girlfriend loved. I'm definitely a happy customer and will go back to Jenny and her staff for future needs. Thanks Jenny!

This review is long overdue, but thank you so much to the South Coast Jeweler team for helping my husband and I the perfect rings for our engagement and wedding! We stopped by randomly while we were in town one afternoon last August and Tom was there to help us with everything. That was the first time we ever went ring shopping and Tom was super knowledgeable and hilarious! We went to a couple of other places after and they confirmed everything that Tom recommended about sizing, settings, etc. I absolutely love my engagement ring and we went back here to get our wedding bands as well. Jenny was also super helpful and patient since I was very indecisive. We ended up planning a wedding pretty last minute, but South Coast Jeweler was able to get my wedding band done with plenty of time to spare. Anytime we are in town, we stop by for a cleaning and my rings are always so clean and sparkly each time. I feel so bad I forgot the other gentleman's name at the store, but he is so kind and helpful each time as well!Thank you so much to everyone at South Coast Jeweler! We've been recommending your store to everyone we know who is in the market for engagement rings/wedding bands :)

I could not be happier with my experience with South Coast Jewelers. Jenny was amazing and found the perfect ring for me. We had been to about 10 jewelers...they had a good rings but honestly most jewelers were way too salesy & pushy to get me to buy. Jenny and her team were different. She listened to what I wanted and were determined to find it. She was totally open to communication with me while on her search. She took her time and when I came in after her search my ring was there. I cannot speak more highly about her and her team. Go see her you won't be disappointed. She'll be my go to jeweler moving forward.

I truly can't recommend them enough! We always thought we would buy our dimond ring online but once we walked in we knew they had amazing quality for a great price. They had a wonderful selection of wedding and engagement rings. We found exactly what we wanted and were given a date of when it would be made and ready to be picked up. This was during the holidays, between Thanksgiving and Christmas, a busy time. I asked if they could rush it so I could have the ring to propose during our Hawaiian vacation. They were magnificent and delivered it early. I highly recommend South Coast Jewelers.

My wife and I had a really great experience with Jenny at South Coast Jeweler. Emeralds are the 20th anniversary stone. We went to South Coast Jeweler and Jenny showed us various settings and combinations that my wife could use with her wedding band and her eternity band that she inherited from her grandmother. After a lot of choices and decision making, we agreed on the style. Jenny then went and sourced the emeralds and we met her again to choose one. After all that, Jenny had the ring made, and then did some major alterations to her wedding band to match. When we picked it all up, we couldn't have been happier. Throughout this process Jenny communicated with us via email and was very easy to work with in making this decision. I highly recommend South Coast Jeweler!

South Coast Jewelers (Jenny and Steven) back then was just a small stall inside the Jewelry Mart where it was named All State Gem (still Jenny and Steven) back then. Wow, how time flies because it only means I have been a long standing client for over 30 years now. Happy and very satisfied even up to this day.The new South Coast Jewelers that is now known is so much spacious, grand and elegant. But don't let the new space and decors intimidate you. Take it from me, their service, professionalism and willingness to accommodate you whether it be for a low or high end purchase is even more higher and to the top NOW than ever before! They are NOT pushy and you won't feel like they are just after your big bucks. Every customer is treated more like a family which for me is very satisfying!Just recently, I purchased (2) Simon G designer bracelets. They are gorgeous and I so, so love it. But I had a small issue, the bracelets keep turning around my arm. Jenny and Steven are not magicians but somehow they were able to do a McGyver Fix to my bracelets. Kudos and big thanks to Steven who did the fix and to Jenny for thinking of the brilliant fix. Love, love you guys and of course special shout out to Tom
