This review is late, as I've had help from a SoCal gas technician around December 2022. I'm not sure which location he works at, but I want to thank Sun Kong for checking my house so thoroughly for gas leaks and for making sure all the gas was back on when my house was cleared to have gas flowing again. Our gas was shut off due to a gas leak because the pipes were not fitted well when they were rearranged for our new gas oven installation. Sun has so much knowledge on gas and plumbing, and he was so kind and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and he very thoroughly checked for any gas leaks when the gas was turned back on. He even made sure to inform us of any areas of concern for gas leaks within our house. He even wore clean covering on his shoes to avoid tracking dirt into our house when he entered too! Thank you so much for all of your help, Sun!

Yeah so i don’t know which socal gas this guy works at but his name was Rigo and I normally don’t leave reviews but this guy was absolutely amazing. Not only was he there to do the job in terrible weather but he was extremely friendly and definitely knows how to communicate well. This guy could have easily said we are gonna need to reschedule but he didn’t again this guy was amazing his name is Rigo and he definitely deserves a raise. Thanks Rigo

Price gouging thieves. Bill normally $50 is $130 this month after receiving a letter that they are stealing money from all their customers because they can.

I went into the office there was a young lady burgundy hair really nice looking very friendly very good customer service we need more people like her she made me feel comfortable and I was so depressed and stressed out. But when I talked to her she made me at ease.

They have awful service. We scheduled for them come out to do service on our heater, appointment was 1 week in. On the day of the appointment they never showed up and when we called to ask they insisted that they came out and it was not their fault that we weren't home. We have a camera system and know that they did not come out. Their service people are not showing up to appointments that they are supposed to go to and the employees who answer the phone don't seem to care about their jobs or customer service. Now we have to wait another week for them to send out someone.

I had to come all the way from Irvine to Santa Ana to present an ID. It took me 50 minutes in a car and 5 minutes in their office. Nonsense bureaucracy.
