Alex and team were knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know from start up to cleaning. I felt very comfortable with their service and they provide my doctor all the information needed at my appointments.

Vivian and Alex are both beyond professional, kind, patient and amazing. Quite responsive as well.Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons I had to purchase my BIPAP machine. Alex still showed me and my wife ( In detail) how to use this machine and fitted me for a proper size mask.I would recommend them to family which says a lot.Thank you Vivian and Alex!!!!

My doctors office sent me over to SoCal Respiratory Care for my machine and introduction to the care. I have to say - WOW, totally top notch! Easy to make an appointment, very communicative and upon our arrival, waited less than 2 minutes. Alex was awesome, explaining every detail and even making a small adjustment with me. Explained the tests and results and function. Offered follow up help if needed. Would highly recommend this office!

My doctor's office recommended SoCal Respiratory Care, and I'm so thankful for that! My CPAP journey began during the 'vid years. This company was open for in person consultations and guidance. Their patience and responses addressed all of my questions and concerns. Although out of network, they billed my insurance. When I had questions later on and needed to try a different mask, their calm demeanor decreased my stress about the situation. Compared to the international DME corporation that is in Irvine, SoCal respiratory is amazing! I highly recommend them!

When I was initially prescribed a CPAP machine my doctor sent the prescription and ordered a machine from a large nationwide supplier with an office in Irvine. When I contacted them I heard nothing but excuses why it may take quite a while to receive a machine because of backlog and supply issues. Medicare referred me to SoCal Respiratory who set up a machine in a few days. Since I have a more complex form of sleep apnea, I was later prescribed a different type of machine. Eddie and Alex helped me through the transition and were always patience, knowledgeable and helpful. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and attitude through a challenging time as they have made a large positive impact on my medical condition and quality of life. I would not use anyone else.

These folks have been paramount in getting my sleep apnea under control. Their follow up and expertise is in a level of its own. I highly recommend this team of professionals when you are looking for sleep apnea therapy. You'll be glad you did!

My sleep machine malfunctioned so I got on the phone with my new Dr's office, my insurance company and respiratory store providers. I started calling around 10am. I was put on hold, no one ever came back Insurance co. Dr's office was no help as they are new for me and no sleep apnea history.. 5 hours later I finally talked with a woman from my Ins co who seemed to care and said she would call the Dr's office. No help as the Dr had not picked up his messages by 4 pm. The store employee spoke to his manager and they can sell pieces of what I need separately so I can breath tonight! Alex, an employee helped me!! The older I get the more I realize how very corrupt our medical system is!!!

Alex Yanez was patient from his initial phone call to me ... to present . I had not known that he was going to phone regarding my using a CPAP machine. I asked too many questions and was hesitant to drive from Long Beach to Santa Ana. Alex remained pleasant and explained the process and the slow down in system and supplies because of pandemic. Alex's personality and professionalism moved me from being cautious to being open to using a machine. Additionally, driving out of my area was stressful because I am recovering from a concussion. Alex greeted me and assured me that we would discuss and demonstrate each step. He did. I asked many questions and he was patient. I left feeling excited about going to start using the CPAP machine. I felt confident that Alex had given me enough education (discussions, demonstrations, links to websites, etc.). I sailed along without an issue until I had to remove all the tubing for cleaning. I spoke with Alex and he set up a ZOOM meeting so he could visually guide me. I am sure that SoCal Respiratory Care has many excellent respiratory therapists; however, I am glad that I have Alex. He made this 78 year old woman, with a concussion, feel positive about this new journey in my life.

Was so pleased with SoCal Respiratory Care Sleep Specialist. Eddie G. the owner was amazing,. So patient and caring and really takes the time to explain everything. I would give them 10 stars if there was 10 available. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a sleep disorder. Everyone there is so kind and extremely helpful.

Let me start by stating that I have been on CPAP for almost 20 years, so I have dealt with a number of DME's. SoCal Respiratory is the best of the best. It is hard to imagine more dedicated and attentive people than those at SoCal Respiratory. Anyone who has been to other DME's knows the drill, Someone with little interest gives you your 15 minutes with the goal of getting you in and out with a machine that will generate the most profit for them. And good luck giving them a call and getting any timely response. I specifically requested a physical prescription, in hand and not electronically sent, and called different DME's to find the best one. When I called SoCal Respiratory, Claudia was so attentive and answered my questions and seemed to really care. I even called back and got the same treatment. It was important to me to go to their office so I drove there and dropped off my prescription and other documents. I faxed whatever else that was required by Medicare. Alex called me and let me know that my machine was ready. He was so informative and answered my questions. Even though I have used CPAP for years, Eddie took the time to explain the new ASV treatment during my consultation and made sure I left with a mask that would work for me. Both he and Alex really know their stuff. In the sea of horrible DME's it is so refreshing to find one like SoCal Respiratory. I can't thank and recommend them enough. John
