Great store and paint! They have paint that the competition can't compare too! Their Emerald rain refresh and Emerald urethane is such a great combination for the exterior of my house!!! That would be my go to product!

What a Rip off, but first let me start by telling you about the awful lack of customer service at this location. I walked in and up to the counter hoping for some assistance, there were two workers, each one on monitor of some sort behind the counter (checking social media for all we know) - no Hello or I'll be with you in a minute. I stood there waiting but nothing, so I ask if I can get some assistance? The female worker states to the male worker on the other monitor "I'm inputting an order" (still no hi or hello) so now he is stuck helping me. It gets worse, when I finally decided on a color he states it's $9.99 for a quart size tester - Jeez, who needs a quart to test a color? - I was told by a family member later that the male rolled his eyes at me when I was taken back by the tester size. We left. After a couple of hours I decide I want to test the color on my wall after all and I asked a family member to go back and get the tester. Long story short, a third attendant wanted to charge $30 for a quart tester but then discounted it to $20 - what happened to the $9.99? When we called to complain, the 3rd attendant states that he sold us a higher quality paint tester. This place is bad for paint buying people. I took the paint test can to a different paint company and had them match it.

Our go-to store location! Iker (not sure I spelled that correctly) was a big help in getting us the paint we needed! We anticipate coming back to getting more paint!

I called before coming into the store to ask if they match stain and they said yes. We drove from really far just to get there and the guy was extremely rude. He said they do not match stain. I confirmed phone numbers with the guys and he said "I have multiple numbers" then said yes. Then the guy said we do stain until next year. Do not come here.

Placed online order on Saturday morning. Never received an order ready for pickup notification then received order cancellation on Monday morning. No reason why, no communication, no phone call, just really poor service from this store. Only reason I ordered here is my local store was out of stock but never again.
