Absolutely terrible customer service. Gentlemen who works between 8-9pm turns away customers and says “the system is down” and when asked when things resume he says “1-2 hours”. This has happened on multiple occasions. If the owner doesn’t fix this problem, he or she is going to lose a lot of money. Another time the employees were changing shifts and when that happened they said they cannot take any transactions. And they said I should go to another gas station. I asked when the transition would be completed and they said 30 minutes. I waited in my car and they actually finished in five minutes. I hope the owner sees this review and fixes his/her employee problem

Love the employees here. They're amazing. The only downside is the car wash isn't always operating because they're short staffed.

I got an Arizona drink and it was spoiled!Do not Buy here. My husband drink smelled funky too and we just threw away our drinks that we bought at this location.

Went to get two monthly car wash decals and the guy working the car wash was rude. He was upset I entered the car wash area without an actual permit. I could of course buy a single car wash but I wanted to buy one for me and one for my daughter, unlimited. I guess when the shop doesn't belong to you it's okay to treat customers your way. There was nowhere else to park other than entering the car wash. That's what it's for, for car washes. So, we went to Mobile across the street.

So when I came to put gas in my car at this Shell the pump, was clicking every 2-3 seconds, without actually pumping any gas. I asked the guy working if he could come out and take a look, because I had never seen this happen before and when he pulled the pump out of my car, it sprayed gas all over my car. I asked him if I could just have a refund. He then directed me to the pump ahead of me, which did the same exact thing. When I checked my gas to see if any gas had gone into my car I was at the exact same mileage as when I pulled up so I payed $20 for gas and got nothing. The clerk working seemed to think that giving me back a $10 refund when I paid $20 for gas was sufficient?? I had to plead with him and explain that I got absolutely no gas in my car, offered to show him my completely empty tank before he huffed and puffed and refunded me. So rude and unprofessional. Don't blame customers for your faulty equipment.

So after so long gas station is finally open. Not that I come here for has since it is far from my home, but I like their car wash. The market is clean and good selection. Pumps are nicely spaced. If only we could get prices back down a bit.

This nice shell gas station stopped here for coffee and lottery tickets it's very clean the coffee here they use coffee bean it's very good they have different flavors they have car wash and vacuum to clean the car and open from 7am to 8 pm the car wash and the convenience store looks new and clean they have Atm machine and restroom and they are right across from Mobile gas station and circle k store on Fairview Rd and Sunflower Ave. On the corner.

I hope you are not looking here afterwords. Just like me. As soon as I pay for my wash a lady park her car and call the manager. Her car was covered my soap. There I go, my turn. I paid for the most exercise to make sure the car will be some how clean. Just a waste of money. NO MONEY BACK.

I noticed it shows this place as closed however I was just here the other week so maybe I was at a bizarro Shell station in a different dimension? Regardless, I can still leave a review, and a good one at that. I pay before fueling up, and the first thing I noticed was how clean this place appeared to be. Certainly wasn't in a typical dinghy LA gas station. There were 2 men behind the counter who were friendly, and since this was going well, I decided to play the lottery (I didn't win). Overall, clean facility, decent service, and fuel is slightly less out this way which made this a 4-star experience.
