It's always the guessing game with this location the person that works during the daytime he's very cool calm and professional sorry I can't say the same for the dude that works graveyard he's a lazy bastard as soon as he starts his shift he probably makes his bed cuz he locks the doors and it's a wrap he closes if you need assistance specially if you want to get some stuff from inside forget about it he locks the door with the Rope and goes to sleep very unprofessional only when he's not working is when you can get stuff from inside and on top of that if you knock he gets a little attitude cuz you woke him up so now he treats you like crap with your customer should never be treated like that doesn't matter where you go to.

The foreign man behind the counter charged me incorrectly and didn't look bothered by the fact that I would now have to wait several days for my refund of more than $30. No offense but they shouldn't have someone at the cashier that can't differentiate between pronunciations and on top of that his customer service was basically garbage. First and last time coming here!

Came to get gas with my kid last night and he wanted to get a slushy. I was paying and was short a few coins so the manager gave me a discount so I could afford it. It was really sweet of him thank you.

Pump gas on my way back home , only pumped 20.55 ( yea I know , I went cheap , hardly drive so why not ) couldn't get off cause my daughter was asleep so I used apply pay . So okay , quick thing to do so let's go ! 30 min after leaving that place I went to buy food . Finding out I was charged on my card 90.55 ? And 20.55 ? I called the place as soon as possible to see what happen and why I got charged twice ? The guy who answered , answer all rude and you can bearly understand what he was trying to say . So I spoke to him Spanish to see he's Hispanic & it was worst then talking to a toddler . So when I asked about that issue he clicked and I called back and he won't answer .... Money comes and go , I get it but if I'm getting charged 2 times on apply pay knowing I only pumped 20.55 ? I hope I'm not getting robbed . Here's are pictures of

Awful customer service! Kid behind the counter was not helpful at all when my CC wasn’t working at the machine. He didn’t even try to help resolve the issue. Had to leave empty handed. Waste of time going there!

I gave this station 2 stars because there's a lot of tagging or carving on the pumps and it looks scary. It's close to the 22 freeway which makes it very convenient but it needs a face lift for sure. I don't get scared easily, but this station just has a run-down look compared to other Shell stations I've been to.

Always come to this gas station, went to get air on tire & lady said to put quarters on the machine, I let her know the man who usually works there always says, first timers get free service (which it was my first time) I let her know & she denied the service, after she lied about not being able to do it. So even when I wanted to pay, she was refused to help me, Horrible customer service.
