Cashier is always very welcoming and offers help when needed and do give you your space if you just want to browse, which is greatly appreciated! if you have questions about products youre in search for or have questions in general their assistance is always available. Products are priced fairly and If im being honest I would rather come here than sallys :p

Nice little beauty supply store. Service is always great and a variety of selection. Operating hours on Yelp is different than what is listed on the door. Opens at 11 am daily. Would still recommend this business.

(8:00 PM) Rude guy onthe phone said they they are open for 5 more minutes (it's 8pm as I am asking--I'm calling cause SALLYS is closed at 7 when their site says 8) I told him their website says they close at 8:30. He said they close at seven... I said it's EIGHT now. What are you talking about!?!? he said "I mean, we close at eight... that was before corona virus. TAKE AWAY ...So they close at 8:05!-- today according to this man anyway They also must think Closing 25 minutes earlier will help stop the spread

I WISH I CAN RATE THIS PLACE 0 STARS Manager is RUDE and absolute NO HELP. I came in because I had a refund that was done 10+ days ago. I told him I haven't received the money to my bank account and he refused to help me. Waste of my time. Never coming back here again.

I have been coming here for over 5 years now and Sheer Beauty is my go to beauty supply store! They always have what I need plus good selections of products. They even got a hair salon in the back! Also the associates here are always friendly and very helpful, Nona and Kristina are amazing!

I have literally just experienced the WORST customer experience of my life at this location. I was insulted and mocked. I'm still in shock by it all. I had previously bought color the day before and wanted to exchange it for something a shade lighter. When I began to describe my situation to the person at the front desk, who's a young girl named Nona, and she immediately insulted me from the get go. I said I "wanted something that will make my hair a little less less copper" she said "you mean brassy" (with a serious attitude) I ignored the rude comment and continued to ask questions about the different colors, after about 5 minutes with absolutely no help from Nona, I finally asked her what she thought I should do. And all she said was "well you can't exchange the color anyway because of the new covid policy". Perplexed, I then said "OK" And left. On my way out I didn't even get a "sorry about that, or "have a nice day." Just silence. She could have at least told me about the new policy before I wasted my time going over all the colors while she sat there and watched rolling her eyes. So I decided to call and ask to speak to a manager about it. Nona picked up the phone and said "he's not here" I said "ok do you know when he'll be back?" All I got was "no". I then asked her to take down my name and number so he could call me back, and her reply was... "no". At this point I'm really ticked off at the the blatant rudeness and so I informed Nona that this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life, and that I'm a regular customer and spend a lot of money here. She then hangs up on me!!! Determined not to let this person get away with this, I went back in to the store, and asked to speak to one of the stylists in the salon portion of the store. This lady was really sweet and walked me back to the front desk to take my name and number down for the manager. At this point, Nona interrupts and says with her nasty attitude "he's not going to call her back". Both the stylist and myself looked at each other in shock. And then Nona proceeds to tell the stylist how I was the rude one and made up some lie about how I was yelling at her on the phone. I couldn't take any more of this persons caustic rudeness so I said "Nona I will speak to your manager about this and there's nothing you can do to stop it" as I'm walking out, she yells at me in a sarcastic tone "byyyyyyeeeeee". This is for real. I was really treated this way by a customer service employee. And all I can think about is that someone so hateful and rude has a job while millions of other wonderful customer service employees have been laid off due to covid. I am so disheartened by this and I hope the manager does something about it because this is just completely unacceptable. It is employees like Nona who run businesses in to the ground. I just hope the manager is smart enough to see that and terminates her immediately. I for one, will not return to this place unless that happens.

They sold me a defective brush that had the bristles stuck together. The manager didn't care and didn't want to exchange it or do anything. It seems like the products are old and sat for too long. Please check the expiration dates on whatever you buy. It's really unfortunate. I had to throw the brush in the trash.

Love this place !! Always get my lashes and my hair dye here. The shop is very clean and neat and they have the best shampoos. The employees are always nice and welcoming :)
