Beautiful flowers I received today for my birthday. I've received flowers before and I've sent flowers from Serendipity. They are always so pretty and fresh. It's nice to support a local small business.

What I order vs what I got! I am so angry I ordered this for my sister in law that just got surgery and me living in a different state I decided to send flowers to make her feel better and they show up with this. I was so embarrassed didn't even now what to tell her but to explain the situation! I took the complaint with Door Dash and they refunded me my money but it's not even about that it's about them fulfilling the order correctly! My family and I will take our business else where because I am writing reviews on every page they come up on. I just don't understand how they are still in business. Door dash should drop them because they have so many bad reviews.

Obviously if I could 0ZERO stars! I order the birthday arrangement (40$) and I got the worse ones (NOTHING TO THE PICTURE) I called to ask for a refund or exchange and immediately the manger was yelling over the phone, that I’m wrong and to take it up with DoorDash, I wasn’t even mad to the point where she hung up on me. I was crying afterwards cause it’s my moms birthday and it was last few bucks I had. Terrible rude service ever and not even nice flowers, I could literally go the grocery store and get a nice set for 25$.

I ordered this "A little pink me up" deluxe arrangement for my daughter's birthday today. Happy with the arrangement, beautiful colors. However, Im not giving this a 5 star review, I was extremely disappointed on how the card was created & delivered. There was no effort from the flower shop. The pictures itself will tell you the story.

I don't know what to say, I would be able to give actual feedback if they were open when they said they would be. They do have a "Now Hiring" sign. Seems to be another casualty to the Pandemic.

Apparently no one has taught Violet how to treat the customer with respect. We received two vases of her flowers at a funeral. Two days after the funeral, these flowers were already wilted and brown. When I called to talk to them about the flowers, I was told that they were delivered in good condition. Rather than attempting to remedy the situation, she chose to place blame on the mortuary, the weather (82' outside) and me for throwing out the water (not true). The flowers were kept indoors, out of natural light and the water was only drained for the drive home. I told her that I thought she would stand behind her flowers, and she said she was by calling me back. She told me how expensive white flowers are and repeated that they were delivered in good condition. I continued to agree that they were delivered in good condition. Only after informing her I would not be a repeat customer, she agreed to make me another smaller arrangement. I fear that they take advantage of customers at their most vulnerable time. Maybe she hoped that the flowers would stay at the graveside and we really could blame the weather for them not lasting. I was going to have my SIL pick up the replacement flowers since it was on her way to my house. Violet said we would have to bring in the dead flowers, so I had to do it myself. The "replacement" pink roses are turning brown less than 24 hours later.

Fresh flowers are in this shop! Just a week ago, I ordered a bouquet of blue roses for my mother. I was so thankful to your staff for arranging the flowers nicely. He was so creative and fast in preparing the bouquet. My mother was so happy with my gift to her. You expect me to order again and again!

I have ordered from this florist three times now on separate occasions, she always does an exceptional job! I ordered a flower arrangement Friday May 7 and asked if she could have it ready the following day, and she did! I wanted to have it on time fore Mother's Day, and it came out looking so pretty. I can highly say I recommend this place. You have my business for years to come. Thank you all again for the amazing work!

It was her 50th birthday, and I planned to give her a bouquet of flowers but I didn't have any idea about which kind of flowers to give her. The lady in this flower shop suggested a couple of ideas, and I chose the sunflower bouquet. I was really glad that I made her birthday extra special because she really loved the flowers that I gave her. Thanks a lot for helping me!
