I had a great experience with Quan. Super friendly. I haven't had nails for years. I was very happy with my full set. I wish I had take a before picture so you could see what they had to work with! Lol.. anyway, would definitely recommend.

I love going here for my toes, but coming here for my manicures is questionable. The quality and precision of doing acrylics / gelx / gel is not the best. More than often I need to go home and fix it myself because one nail is too short vs the other. Sometimes the gel peels off right when I'm home and I need to touch it up myself because they are closed already. I also tried gelx nails here and they came out horrible and I spent soo much on it for just overfill spilled gel from the bottom of my nails. This time around I specifically said don't cut my natural nails short and I left with short nails and square shape when I said semi coffin because they were long enough to do so. It made me mad to just see them filing and filing until they were just TOO SHORT! I came here with long nails and left with ugly short nails. I'm upset and will probably just come here for my toes now. Expensive for full sets and not the best, I'll be looking elsewhere or just will do it myself. Too much money and time spent here for poor quality. Overall though the place is nice and massage chairs are comfy.

Best experience I’ve had the owner of the salon has great hospitality and the welcome was very warming walking in. I was very satisfied with my nails they were done exactly how I wanted them! Overall amazing place.

When I get my nails done at other nail salons, they use sterilized tools that come in a sealed bag. At this salon, they don’t do that, even when you request it. They use tools from a common plastic container.

Beware!!! They need to use sanitized tools from individual sealed bags. I had a pedi and the lady kept using tools from an open box. Disgusting!

Horrible! Last month they smeared wax on my hair and took forever to get it off. I tried giving this place a second chance today 9/7/22 and they we’re even worse! They left wax on my cheeks and forehead. The wax was so hot it burned my whole face. My leftMy right eyebrow is ruined I will not be going back to this place ever. I don’t think they understand how important professionalism is to a business.Service: Waxing
